Dirty The room had hair from other guests all over. The sheets on the bed were over worn and the elastic was worn out so the sheets didn’t stay on the bed. They offer a breakfast with no food!!!

Great service communicating renovations I booked online and the website did not mention the hotel was in the middle of renovations. Prior to my arrival, the front desk staff called to let me know about the state of renovations (breakfast would be next door) and that the room I reserved was not available due to renovations and that they moved me to another (from double to king) and asked if that was acceptable! I would have given 5 stars (only 4 because I was in a room not yet renovated) for this kind of customer service alone.

construction zone in lobby/breakfast area (june 2024) Call hotel to verify that there is no construction zone in the lobby and breakfast area before booking. The hotel will send you to another hotel for the breakfast, but it is a bit of a walk and not fun when it is raining. Full price for that is ridiculous.

Find a better option elsewhere The hotel is in the process of being renovated so be prepared to be inconvenienced. The threshold between the hallway and our room wasn’t finished and had exposed nails, thankfully we saw it before our dog walked across it. The kitchen is closed due to construction, but you can get a voucher and walk a few buildings over for breakfast. The bed frame is exposed due to the mattress not covering it so watch your knees. In our cross country trip, this was the smallest room and the most expensive.
