It's an Econolodge! No complaints whasoever. Just what you expect from a decent American chain motel: No frills but a clean, comfortable room, standard service. Exactly what I needed. The location is near the airport but Grand Junction is not very large, so even though my meeting was in another part of town I was there in less than 10 minutes.

Clean budget motel It's an older budget property but clean and well-furnished. Beds/linen were good, and everything worked in the room, especially the AC which was surprisingly quiet. It also comes with a small continental breakfast in the morning. Plenty of free parking is available. And it's right by I-70 but was gratifyingly quiet. Only glaring negative is that even though it's right by I-70, it can be tricky to get to the motel. Plan route in advance as we had to do a go around once. Would stay here again.

Overnight Stay Stayed at this location on our trip across USA. The location was convenient and close proximity to restaurants. The rooms were clean and tidy. Nothing fancy. As was also close to Interstate the noise was not an issue. Continental breakfast included. Vinyl flooring. Staff friendly. Would recommend.

Great place to stay on a budget. This place was a perfect place for our group to stop for the night. It was conveniently located to the highway. The staff were friendly, and rooms were clean. Lots of free safe parking. The beds here were surprisingly comfortable. Definitely one of the better Econo Lodges we have stayed at.

Stay Elsewhere Don’t believe the reviews, they are NOT accurate. Hotel allows dogs, so we heard at least 2 dogs barking, including in the middle of the night. Walked past a room where you could hear A LOT of people loudly talking (they also had a yappy dog barking). Hotel - if you are reading this, please put the dog people and rooms with lots of loud people in one wing of your hotel, and those of us who are quiet people, in the other wing. Bed is VERY comfortable. Room isn’t very clean…dust on floor boards, floor hasn’t been swept/vacuumed in a while due to debris/hair on the wood floor. Room heating unit works great. Very rough TP…ouch! Young blond man at front desk was great. Bfast items were just yogurt and toast (bread & bagels). There’s not even peanut butter. Weak coffee in the morning, but strong coffee at night. WiFi with NO password.
