Quiet and Comfortable For being next to a major highway, this hotel was amazingly quiet. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. Breakfast had good options and fresh fruit. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location to access the highway and a variety of restaurants. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Have stayed here numerous times. This time was not good We have really liked this hotel in the past. This time there were several issues the main being breakfast. They have always had a wonderful breakfast but this time it was bad for all 3 mornings.

Don't stay here The absolute worst stay in a best western hotel, bed is awful, pillows are awful, the room was either freezing cold or burning up, adjusting the thermostat 1 degree would cause the air conditioner to run all night. Breakfast had few choices and not up to best western standards. The best western name should be removed from this hotel.

Poor service and do not care about needs Garbage never makes it into the dumpster and it is nasty enough no one wants to park near there if they don’t have to. The pool has been closed by the health department apparently, and the maids turn your service request signs around to privacy even when you have spoken to them about your needs. The front desk says they are too busy to service rooms or refresh supplies and makes you come to the front desk. There is rarely anyone near the front desk nor do they respond to the phone in a timely manner.
