Overall great experience I went to celebrate my sons birthday and from the check in with Alayshia helping made it smooth, helped book a last minute room for me, very friendly and is a big reason I will come back. The hotel/rooms were clean and spacious and the pool was a great area for my son to play but for me to relax in the jacuzzi. I highly recommend this location.

Light sleepers? Ask for a room on the front side of the building As an IHG member, we stayed at this hotel for two nights and were given a room on the third floor of the backside of the hotel. The problem was that the third-floor rooms faced the freeway and were even with the road level of the interstate. As expected, the noise level impacted our stay and sleep, which was too bad because the room itself was modern, spacious, and comfortable. We did hear from the hotel management, post-visit, which was appreciated. But we weren't offered additional member points for our troubles, which would have been a nice gesture. So if you plan on staying at this hotel and are a light sleeper, be safe and ask for a room on the front side of the building. Otherwise, you'll have to run the air conditioner or heat often at night to block out the vehicle and truck noise.

Nice Stay for the Most Part Pros: The staff is nice and professional. The woman working the breakfast area was kind, helpful, and apologetic that the hotel doesn't offer a typical plain black tea. At check in the manager moved us to another room when we found we were in the first room off the entryway and there were lots people hanging out in the breakfast area making noise. Our room and bathroom were clean. My favorite part was that there were two pillow choices per person so I was able to sleep on a feather type pillow instead of a flat hard synthetic pillow. Yay! The room darkening shades work great. Cons: The biggest con was that the toilet wouldn't flush. We had to take the lid off and adjust the float. I mentioned this at check out, and to my surprise they knew and had done nothing about it. Apparently they replaced the float mechanisms in all or most of the toilets and they don't properly fit the toilets in the hotel. They knew they needed to fix them, yet offered no apology or price adjustment. I guess that is acceptable to them? For me, the only other con is that you'll probably want to skip the free breakfast and pay to eat somewhere else. They have fewer choices than anywhere else I've stayed and what they did serve was subpar. The only warm food was sausage, rubbery scrambled eggs, and their cinnamon rolls (which were old and not good). With a rate over $200 a night, I think it's fair to expect black tea (even Lipton would have been nice), oatmeal, and a waffle machine. Assuming the hotel fixes the toilets SOON and more breakfast food choices, I would stay here again. I did get a good night's sleep!
