look for these staff members, tell em, NYC James sent you! We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Greensboro North Carolina from July 14, 2024, thru July 19, 2024. Our first encounter was with Kevin, a front desk agent. You could tell from the beginning he was old school. Extremely professional, courtesy, easy going. What a great first impression. We had dinner a few times during our stay. That's when we met Ashely a restaurant server. What a delight, she has everything you want in a server. Hospitality, a genuine smile, and very attentive. Then we met Cristian another front office gem. He was very knowledgeable about his job and extremely helpful. Once again at the restaurant for dinner, we met Nora and Katrina. It was a great way to spend the evening with these ladies. You could tell that they enjoyed working at this property. Last but not least, was the evening bartender for the managers special. Big Al out of New York City, my hometown. Al was amazing, his demeanor is classical. Big Al is what I call a real bartender from back in the days. Big Al has charisma, charm, the whole package. Just wanted to share with others, this hotel has a great staffing team. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. Peace.

Great stay, great staff. Stayed here for my Granddaughters college orientation. Staff was outstanding, friendly, helpful and made you feel great. The staff for the evening social was extremely friendly. The breakfast staff was the same way. Front desk staff same. Thank you for a great stay. My only negative would be that the hotel could use a update.

Summer 2024 Al was absolutely delightful!! He made our experience so much more memorable, he’s a keeper! We hit it off immediately and discovered we had many things in common. Ask him about his neighbor in NYC, and being in the military. This level of service is hard to find anywhere these days.

Amazing From the moment I arrive the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Veronica at the breakfast grill is a Gem, she goes out her way to make our mornings pleasant and great way to start your morning and she can work that grill. Thank you for a great stay
