Very nice Rooms are very clean. Very nice rooms. Staff there very nice. If there are any problems, they are willing to help. Any time we are in town now, this is where we will stay! I like that you have to have a key to enter any of the doors to get inside. Feels so much safer.

Met all our needs for a high school trip. The hotel and hotel room was clean, everything worked as it should and we enjoyed our breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and were accommodating to our specific needs which involved being able to pay by check. The manager, Vinay, walked me through the process of getting approval to pay by check.

recommend for weekend getaway. nice reasonable priced hotel with indoor pool which the kids enjoyed because it was cold out when we went so they had fun... hotel is outdated needs some upgrades for sure but for the price and a just a weekend getaway I would stay again. In my opinion the high light of the hotel stay was the continental breakfast staff. The older lady that worked the morning we were there was so sweet, helpful and clean and neat. she truly makes everyone feel at home and gets everything just right my kids loved her eggs and waffles!!!

Excellent value and hospitality in Greensboro I actually had two stays at this hotel recently - a one night stay in September and a five night stay at the end of October for my birthday. I actually got the same room, both times, 131. This is a king bed room facing the atrium, but it's unique in it's got a smaller window and then a door that opens into the atrium, and not the sliding glass door that other atrium-view rooms have. Having stayed here a number of times over the past few years, I know what to expect. My room was clean and comfortable. There was the usual chipped paint and other minor cosmetic issues that come with an older hotel like this, but it's not like any of that affected my stay. Everything in the room worked well (aside from a couple brief issues with the wi-fi), it was well equipped (large flat screen TV, multiple power outlets/USB charge ports, microwave, refrigerator, etc.), and as before, I enjoyed my stay. The atrium with indoor pool, as well as the impressive lobby, are what set this hotel apart from the competition. I'd rather stay here and enjoy the unique design of this hotel, rather than stay somewhere newer that isn't nearly as distinctive. And besides, it's clean and offers the same room amenities, so why stay somewhere more expensive? Breakfast is fine. Not the most impressive spread of items I've seen, but certainly not the worst, either. Heather checked me in and out during both visits, and she was very friendly and helpful. The manager, Vinay, was also helpful as he assisted in getting my room cleaned after a miscommunication with housekeeping on the Saturday of my October stay. Two changes that the hotel could implement: Replace the carpeting in the atrium (it really needs to go) and restore the business center in the lobby. Otherwise, they're doing a very good job with keeping this older property competitive. The Quality Inn & Suites Airpark East has served me well over the years for my trips to Greensboro, which I typically make once or twice a year. With clean rooms, reasonable rates, and some unique design elements, it's little wonder why they continue to earn my repeat business.
