Great Place to Stay Nice, clean, large king suite. Check in was quick and easy. The lady at the desk was very helpful. 3 towels sets, plenty for two for one night. Plenty of 120v outlets. Guest laundry and a small workout room. The refrigerator was larger than most but no freezer, but I turned it to max cool. I use frozen water bottles in my ice chest, no melting mess. Good location. The water has a brown tint to it but there is nothing wrong with it, I researched it. It's the minerals. Actually, people have used it for medicinal purposes. I did not detect any smell in it like Florida water. The shower water did not have a brown tint. It was good with soft water. The content on the TV guide did not match the actual channel content. The lady opening up the breakfast bar was on her speaker phone. I could hear everything in her conversation. Any time someone is on their phone in public they should NOT have it on speaker. That is rude and inconsiderate. There are headphones. This lady did her job OK. Later the regular lady took over. I guess she was filling in.

NO!!! Go else where to stay Most filthiest most degusting and nastiest hotel ever! Can not believe Holiday Inn has there name on this place. Mold in the shower, drain out of shower, soap stains running down the walls in bathroom, mold in floor and walls in bathroom. Filthy carpet stains all over the floor. Only reason we stay was it was late and we had drove for 12 hours. The water was brown but signs were in the room that said it was a city water issue and not the hotel (but stated the water was safe to drink and bath in). We decided to stay the night sleep with one eye open and leave at day break. Breakfast was offered but after the shape the room was in there was no way we were going to eat there.

Could Be a Nice Hotel If it Was Clean We were given an upgrade as Platinum Elite members. Would hate to see what the room before the upgrade looked like. Room didn't look like it had been cleaned. The staff was nice though, so we didn't complain, but more emphasis needs to be given to cleanliness.

High price for what you get! The bathroom was dirty, the floor needed swept really bad. There was a sign that the hotel was being remodeled, which I could handle, but it felt like the room was 95% done. They should wait until each room is 100% complete before selling it. The towels were very dingy looking -- for the price we paid I would expect the towels to be clean!! The breakfast was average fare. The attendant was friendly.

Should Lose the Right to Carry the IHG Flag Hotel undergoing renovations. Room was OK. The real letdown was the breakfast. Went down twice (7 am & again 8:30 am - same result). No bacon, no sausage, very little egg, no milk, no OJ, nobody busting it to correct. Pancake machine off - asked about it, said they ran out of batter over the weekend. Today is Thursday. Attitude was kind of like, "well, that's alright - maybe I'll get around to it." Hotel was not full, so guest use was not the cause. Not up to IHG standards, in this view of this Platinum Rewards member.
