Perfect experience Great days at the hotel, very nice people. I would recommend any person to get to the hotel and stay at least one weekend. I could finally rest from my stressful job and sleep in the comfort beds that the hotel offers. I would also like to remark the treatment that I received during my stay.

Bed bugs I wish I could give this a 4-5 star review because the hotel and the staff greetings at night was amazing but when we woke up we were chewed alive by bed bugs and we found them on our blankets. We put one in a cup brought it downstairs to the desk and is all the man said was ok throw it in the trash and asked if we would like a new room. I told him absolutely not that we were leaving and stated again that the bug was still alive he again said yes that’s fine just throw it in the trash can INSIDE the breakfast room ! I asked for a refund and to talk to a manager and is he said was that someone will call you Monday. Never got a call and never received a refund and I’m 100% positive they didn’t close the room we were in down .

Roaches Dirty rooms, after getting out of the shower in the morning I saw a HUGE ROACH crawling across my bed… I went and told front desk and they were like “okay..” knowing I’m slept there made me gag. Expensive too for the quality

Caution ⚠️ I booked this hotel months in advance for ECU parents weekend. One week before the trip, they called to tell me they raised the room rate to $450 per night and asked if I wanted to pay that or cancel the room. All other hotels for miles were fully booked and we already had flights booked from Florida. We had no choice but to pay the new rate. If that wasn't bad enough, the room was filthy! I will never stay there again and want everyone to know that when you book a room and hold it with a $100 deposit on a credit card, they can still raise the rate at their discretion. Complete rip off! Very unprofessional and unethical!

Amazingly Wonderful Experience! The facility, grounds and room were very clean! The staff was very professional, friendly,helpful and polite! The Breakfast was Outstanding with a lot of choices! The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing! I really enjoyed my stay! ❤️
