Watch out for fees Looked bad on the outside but the room was nice. Location was sketchy but was convenient to restaurants and mall. Breakfast was okay. Charged an extra $3 fee for service even though I was told there were no extra fees. Called to see why there was a fee and was told I should have known about it already. May be a nightly charge because I was asked how many nights I stayed.

Just a cover up! This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it is a disaster. We had no working air-conditioning the first time about a year ago and this time we had no heat for a 2-night stay. An attempt was made to fix it, but it was not. We were told to turn the unit off, then back on again and it might 'reboot'. It didn't and the noise was almost unbearable! The manager makes no attempt to accommodate with a discount on the room and just apologizes for the inconvenience and said that the change of seasons is the reason for the system not working properly. We had a 3-night stay booked for next week, but cancelled. We will never stay at this location again.

03/31/21 - 04/03/21 Horrible they kicked us out after 2 days of 3 because I have a 18lb 11yr old service dog. They said they were not pet friendly and tried to charge my credit card $200 , I told the clerk on day 1 that I had a service dog.

Worst experience EVER general manager/ owner mr patel is prejudice against afro american people!!! I was treated so horribly here. If you are other than caucasian or indian or LESS FORTUNATE i advise you to NOT stay here because the owner is definitely prejudice and looks down on the less fortunate. had a issue with billing and the general manager/ private owner mr patel made me feel really low like i was a peasant! I told him of my hardship and that were basically living out of our car and that i didnt have the deposit money on my card. HE TOLD ME HE DID NOT CARE AND THAT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM THAT I WAS BASICALLY HOMELESS . THIS MAN IS HEARTLESS!!! and i guess he assumed i was unemployed and asked how i had money to pay for a room if i was homeless? Which was Extremely unprofessional and proceeded to say that mcdonalds was hiring in a very ignorant way and i needed to get a job at mcdonalds! He really overstepped drastically!!! He went against the policy that his front desk clerk had just told me that there was a 5 $ deposit on cc. the general manager/ hotel owner mr patel said he doesnt care what the clerk told me and proceeded to use his authority saying i had to pay 100$ deposit. I am a valued choice diamond member! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY BY A HOTEL IN MY LIFE!!!!! if you have any values or morals and care about unjust treatment of other humans who are less fortunate then i would choose another place to stay!!!### please dont give this rude man any of your money!

“Horrible” Found cockroaches in our room in the morning. Killed one and took it to the front desk while I was checking out. Left my phone number, filed complaint with Choice hotels ( Choice gave me 3000 points ), called them 3 times to talk with manager and emailed them and it still took manager 4 days before he called me.
