Great experience We had a staycation for the Blink182 concert and the hotel was great! Definitely would book again! The room was super clean and nice.

It was....fine The hotel itself was nice. Room was clean and a really good size. The check-in process was less than desirable. The woman who was working the desk was nowhere to be found when I walked in and there were 2 people waiting ahead of me. After, maybe, 5 minutes, she finally walked back inside. I had noticed her having a conversation with someone outside (didn't appear to be hotel related) but I didn't realize she was the person who should be at the front desk. Once I was able to start checking in, she was definitely NOT friendly. I felt as if I was interrupting her day. Wish I had gotten her name. Breakfast the next morning was fine with the exception of the syrup that was all over the floor, including in the elevator. And no one was bothering to clean it up. Hot mess.

Better than Expected With the rate/price being so low, I expected the stay to be mediocre. It far exceeded expectations. Obviously newly renovated. Top tier breakfast!

Several problems at this hotel. There was a water stain in the room. I do not know where the water was leaking from. The bathroom had two shampoo bottles and no conditioner. I called the front desk twice about getting shampoo. A half hour passed and she did not call me back to let me know that there was no employee available (housekeeping) to bring the conditioner. The elevator had a problem and my sister-in-law and her grandson were stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes. The fire department had to be called to get them out. It was a traumatizing experience.

Not awful but not great. The hotel wasn’t bad for a 1 night stay. It served its purpose but it’s not the Hyatt experience I was used to. Had we have to stay many nights I would have rather stayed elsewhere. The room renovation is nice but the service and breakfast were subpar.
