BEST HOTEL STAFF EVER! RESTURANT FOOD GREAT! CLEAN HOTEL! Loved our stay!!! Let's start with Jake checking us in on Thursday, he was amazing, polite, professional, just overall awesome! On rechecked in on Friday under a separate reservation and the agent was so sweet and accommodating, I enjoyed chatting with her! (didn't write down her name) Moving on to our dinner in Zink and having Morgan as our server! She was just absolutely perfect, friendly, efficient and fun! Jane was setting up a buffet in the hallway and I was intrigued because am an Event Manager for Hilton, so I stopped to chat and admire the setup, she was fantastic to speak with and so helpful that she actually went to get me the book where your equipment was ordered from! Tybor (I hope spelling is correct) took care of our family for 4 nights, he was sociable, remembered everyone's drinks and engaging! The morning breakfast servers were wonderful too, had a great chat with Beverly who when I said we had to check out on Sunday and move to another Hilton because you were sold out, she said " are you sure, I can call the Front Desk for you"!! Thats top notch service and a valuable ambassador! The coffee shop lady on Friday was awesome too! The housekeeper on Wednesday afternoon on floor 2 was so nice and friendly! WOW is all I can say great team and I will definitely stay at your location on my next trip to Denver!

All bad. Don't expect to sleep here, as they allow loud guests to party in the lobby until 2am, our bathroom has mold, our hall has an overwhelming smell of cat litter, address the drain! Foul. ZERO hospitality, so many negative interactions with the staff. The whole logo is warm cookies await you, My little kids LOVE this about double tree my children went up to the counter where they were shushed, then they were denied and told it was for check in guests only. Then while I could clearly see 3 cases of waters we were told they were out. All bad. We paid more than other hotels to stay here hoping for the quality we have found with Hilton but this fell entirely flat for us. I would avoid this loud moldy smelly inhospitable hotel at all costs.

Yucky yucky yucky It’s filthy and dirty. The bathroom is horrible hair left on my supposed “clean towels” the bathrooms was blacks with dirt took them 3 hours to even come look at it and and the staff expendable the manager is nonchalant. They keep saying we’ll be back and then never get back until you call again. Worst stay in my trip, rather sleep outside

Expected Significantly More, Extremely Dated Rooms The DoubleTree was a significant let down. I thought the rooms were extremely outdates and seemed uncleanly due to that fact. The bathroom felt tight although the room itself was very large. The staff at checked were excellent but I had a very early (3am) departure and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The parking for the hotel is inconvenient being down a hill with no ramp on the side. Once checked in there is a side entrance but not as easy to navigate upon initial arrival and check-in. I'd likely not stay here until updates are made to the interior of the hotel, especially the rooms themselves. The Marriott in DTC was significantly nicer.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Always enjoy my stay at this property the staff is amazing and the food from Zink Restaurant is finger licking good! Most definitely will be back soon and I love the Doubletree cookies I received a check-in
