Out the way but a great stay A little out the way and can be hard getting in and out of due to Wade Hampton traffic but a great hotel. From check in to check out, we had no issues. The room was great. Close to gas station and plenty of restaurants within walking distant. Pool was nice. We were the only 2 in it the whole time. Got to give a shout out to Margaret, Dalton and Kayla at the desk for all their help. Wish every hotel had folks like them. Will definitely be back if in the area again.

Excellent management/friendly staff My sister booked a few days at the hotel a few months ago, and she was very happy with the room, and staff. This is a smaller hotel, but very close to Greenville, SC if you are planning to visit there, as well as downtown Greer. I recently booked a few days here to come up from Alabama to visit family. Except, once I arrived in Greer (a few days early), I ended up at a local hospital with pneumonia! Unfortunately, I had to try and cancel my dates at the hotel. I called (Expedia booked for me) and the agent contacted Tony at theComfort Inn. Tony was kind enough to cancel my dates and did not charge me any additional fees.. What a relief, it was to know that there are still people that care for their customers, and show such kindness. I will definitely rebook my trip at this Comfort Inn, and hope to meet this gentleman to thank him in person. Sincerely, J.Saichek. (May 4, 2022)

This was a wonderful stay! Neely renovated! Great price, close to lots of restaurants. Carlos at reception was great… so friendly. The room was clean and the reds were comfy. No carpet on the floor which was a huge plus because hotel carpets are gross. The water pressure in the room was awesome! I would definitely stay here again! Looking forward to breakfast in the morning.

Needs to close and complete the remodel Having stayed at this property several times in the past, I was delighted to read this property is being remodeled. Sad to discover the work is still underway. Expect to stay in a construction zone. Expect small rooms in poor repair. This property is nowhere up to the brand's status. More like a Super 8 than a Holiday Inn Express. Pass on this one.

Worst Holiday Inn Stay September 27-30 Room was never cleaned during our stay, saw housekeeper each day cleaning rooms on our floor. We expected our room to be cleaned but when getting back late at night found room hadn’t been cleaned. Had to call front desk to have towels brought up. TV and phone didn’t work. Elevator was out, had to carry luggage down three flights of stairs. We submitted a review on the hotel’s website and noted similar issues. We were offered “some” reward points which doesn’t amount to a hill of beans! Called Corporate Customer Satisfaction line which was a waste of time because they couldn’t do anything! Will never stay at this hotel!
