Property Needs A Refresh! This property has always been a good choice in Grenada. My past visit was not that pleasant. The property is showing some wear and tear. The room needed cleaning and painting badly. Doors and light switch areas were badly soiled from dirty workman hands. Bedding was OK. Towels and sheets were OK as was the AC. The property is in need of a refresh.

Internet issues entire city to be aware of Was unable to connect to the internet most of the time & was told that is VERY common in the city, not just in this hotel. Gets irksome if you want to get the check in details of a airbnb stay that night, watch Netflix, etc. They could use much better room cleaning. As I think is typical since Covid the breakfast is small but it's still helpful Front desk staff was very pleasant

Disgusting! After a 10 hour drive, we just wanted to quickly find a place to stay. The bedspreads were stained and had cigarette burns on one of them. The floors were dirty. The inside of the door to the room was filthy. When closing the bathroom door, you could tell it hadn't been cleaned behind there in a long time as well as stains on the door itself. The fridge didn't work and the bathroom faucet leaked. It was the worst room we have ever stayed in.

will never stay there again Room only had 3/4 size beds, not even full. Toilet did not flush good. Key card would not work right. Had to get management to let us into room after going out to eat. I booked online 2 months ahead of time at a certain rate. When we left no one was in the office to get receipt from. I get home and find I was charged $15.00 more than I had booked the room for. The whole stay was not good and I will never stay there again.

Deceiving advertising .... Stayed overnight on a trip heading to New Orleans. Noticed when we turned from the highway onto sunset drive, the scrolling hotel sign advertised hot breakfast and pool. When we pulled into the parking lot, the hotel clerk was outside smoking. She asked me to meet her near the check in window. She was pleasant and explained that no one was allowed into the lobby. I asked about breakfast. “No breakfast and the pool is closed.” Disappointing that the sign near the road offers these items. Wouldn’t think it would take much effort to change the sign.......
