Not the first time here, and not the last for sure! You can not go wrong staying here; great location, great hotel, great staff, great restaurants/bars. This is not my first time staying here and it will be not be my last, this will always be my first choice in Guadalajara.

don’t recommend stay Hotel is outdated no microwave, outlets in rooms not functioning properly. Hotel security passively aggressive toward guest. Security did not allow small gatherings in common areas such as lobby couches or pool Areas. When using these Areas security was a little to much for my liking for someone staying there with my son and family and friends. Food over priced. I don’t not recommend this stay. The main reason is hotel staff wasn’t very welcoming when using certain amenities. No microwave was also a big factor

Below Expectations Should have stayed at Andares. This location has no area to walk outside to shops or restaurants. The hotel itself is dated (pictures must be old). Staff seem bothered to have guests.

Bad service Really bad service from rooms being out dated plugs and lamps not in working order. No microwave in rooms I bought food from hotel restaurant took leftover and had nowhere tl reheat my food. Could not enjoy a nice gathering in the lobby because security right away would come and tell you that you have to go to your room. I forgot 2 sweaters and had someone still there in the hotel and asked to pick them up from the reception and they refused to give it to them even with my approval. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Excellent Property Excellent experience. Great staff. Happy hour in the Executive Lounge was very nice. Food could have been warmer but still very nice
