Safe, well-staffed and convenient hotel on beach Excellent hotel choice in Gulfport. Paulette was impressive at the front desk; Mary Ann kept the breakfast refreshed. A lovely housekeeper apologized for an elevator that was out of order. The staff is great. The rooms clean, quiet and handsome. Location convenient. We would rebook if we return to the area. Recommened.

Rooms very nice Rooms nice and comfortable. Rooms came with frig, micro, and desk. Pool was large. The one breakfast waiter overwhelmed, and they should have done a small buffet instead. Several ice machines were broken. Area of town, was a little run down. Day of checkout, at 9:15am, maid supervisor barged in without knocking. Then second supervisor at 9:45 knocked and checked on what time we were leaving. With cleaning staff yelling in the hallway and staff checking on us, we felt like they wanted everyone to leave immediately. So immediately left. As a IHG member, I do not recommend this hotel

Skip this place unless you have no other options. First off, I have stayed at many different Holliday Inns, 15+ and I've seen the building / room quality and service vary wildly. This particular hotel is in the lower 10% of that group. The 3 rooms we moved to all had that once wet musty smell. Covered by some odd smelling air freshener. We checked out 3 rooms before finding one that was tolerable, plus we just got tired of smelling the same thing in each room. The room seemed clean, but old and stuff was peeling and just looking pretty rough. The bar/ restaurant / breakfast area crew is nice but the place isn't really clean and some of the people working there don't seem to be either. If you get stuck staying here, I would skip the $10 / per person per day breakfast, it isn't worth it. Especially when you leave after getting your food because you have been looking around while waiting and thinking, do I really want to eat here? No. This holiday in needs management and owner to start looking more closely at what is going on.

Another Margarita Please Horrible stay, housekeeping was on vacation and ignored the cleanup of the room. We collectively cleaned our own room placing towels and garbage out by our door (Garbage bags courtesy of front desk). When reported to the front desk it was a smooth over by choice of complementary food or drink. At this point, I needed a double shot of tequila. After conversing, we came to the conclusion that one of the parks in Biloxi would have been a better choice. I would say to stay clear, but hey, if you enjoy staying at a serve yourself hotel, look no further, this is the one for you.

Just ok The stay was just ok but Nice location right by the interstate and lots of restaurants. Waffle House nearby was delicious. Parking lot felt safe and it was quiet. The hotel room air conditioner was not cooling and it was way too cold like it froze up. The water in the shower didn’t really get hot. Tiny soap. Hardly any towels. No plastic bag for dirty clothes was provided. The Keurig did not work. One of the beds did not have the cleanest of sheets. The room was spacious and the beach was close by. The staff was nice.
