Hilton Inn great refuge from I-81! Recently renovated hotel with all the upgrades. Kaitlin at the desk recommended a great restaurant and the bar tender knew neighbors of ours from 1500 miles away. Funny. Hotel is VERY clean and well maintained. Lots of staff to help. Breakfast was fine and the server was very friendly. First HI I’ve seen with real fresh fruit cut to serve. We were greeted as Diamond members and given waters without asking. Highway side can be noisy so we used prior TA reviews to request front rooms which were very quiet. Great place!

Our room had FLEAS - seriously!! Fleas! My sister and I stayed at this hotel from Friday 8/2 - Sunday 8/4 in room 338. We arrived on Friday afternoon, dropped our bags then left to visit family. I noticed some red, itchy bites on my ankles while out but thought they were mosquito bites. Later that evening when we got back to the hotel, I was sitting on my bed and noticed a flea land on my white sock! I thought perhaps it tagged along from outside, but then later saw another flea jump onto my foot, then several more as I set my foot on the floor. We let the front desk team know and asked them to vacuum the room and change the bed linens, which they did but the next day, we continued to see fleas in the room. I came home with a ring of flea bites around both ankles. This is a pet friendly hotel, which is fine, but there should be stricter standards and more thorough cleaning protocols for rooms where pets have been to ensure no fleas for the next guest!!!

Nice Hotel, Good staff We recently stayed a couple of nights here in an accessible room. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. The staff —front desk and cleaning—-were extremely pleasant and responsive. The only (fairly minor) issue was that the roll-in shower did not drain very effectively. The pitch of the floor was just a bit off so that water pooled at one corner. As veterans of accessible rooms, we have seen this before. Overall this was a very nice hotel and experience!

Great Location near I-81 We stayed one night arriving late and using the digital key check in we were able to go straight to our room. We found the room comfortable and clean We settled in a great night of rest. The morning breakfast was very good and included. The hotel looks fairly new and well maintained.

Everything we needed- clean, convenient and comfortable Conveniently located right off the highway. The app made room selection ( get the odd room on upper floor) , check in and check out easy. Breakfast was free and really good- eggs, cereal, waffles, bacon , yogurt and fruit. Room was clean and spacious with comfy linens and AC worked great. Highly recommend.
