The Hamburg Hotel

Never stay here - dangerous! This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in over 20 years. The parking lot and lobby were full of trash. The hallways were musty and smelled overwhelming of cigarette smoke. Our toilet wouldn’t flush, the shower was dirty, and everything was unplugged when we arrived in the room, so it was dark and sweltering. I had to pull out the dresser to plug in the television and refrigerator. At about 11 pm, people attempted 3 times to enter the room, where it was just myself and my 9 yo son. On the third attempt, the door unlocked and slammed open against the slide lock. Had I not had it locked, they would’ve been in my room. I’m assuming they must have had a key. I called the front desk (the phone was extremely crackly and I could barely hear). I told the man that someone was trying to get into my room and he said “okay, hold on a minute.” I sat on hold for 10 minutes, scared out of my mind and he never came back on the line. I have never been so scared or felt so unsafe in a hotel. I recommend you NEVER stay here, especially if you have children. The staff clearly care nothing about the safety of their guests. How could someone not check on us?! Horrid experience.

Really bad experience We chose this hotel because we had small children and it had advertised a pool (which was not open)breakfast (which consisted only of cold to-go bags.)The gymn it advertised was also closed.The bedspread, chair, and couch in our room were all stained, and one of the only 2 lights were burned out and it was extremely dark, also the bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly.We were kept awake with continuous noises in the room next door and also in the hallways.I tried to book a different hotel because we felt unsafe and uncomfortable staying there.

Wouldn’t stay here again Very dated not worth the money at all. We couldn’t believe it when we walked into the room and went back in time in time 20 years. We will not be going to any Quality Inns again as they are not longer Quality in any way shape or form. We truly felt taken advantage of and we are Choice select members!

never go here the staff were horrible they yelled at us for no apparent reason and there services are horrible and so is the food!! do not go there. there bed wasn’t mad correctly and there costomers were annoying

Nice place GREAT Desk Clerk Lacey was GREAT. From a welcoming check in to the smile through out the day. She showed she was a hard worked by constantly cleaning up the breakfast area. Good choices for food. Thank you. Room was comfortable. Parking good Were there 2 nights well worth it.
