Comfort Inn Hammond

Overnight stay during travel Room was quiet and clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast selections were well stocked. Customer service was excellent! I left my ring on the bedside table and called back to ask them to keep it for me for pick-up on my return trip. Not only did they keep it safe for me, they also graciously mailed it to me after I returned home. I didn't use the pool or other amenities so I can't comment on those. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay.

Nasty, dirty, buggy Room 204. EVERYTHING in this room feels greasy. Are they spraying with a disinfectant for Covid? The clock, microwave, floors, remote, sink counter, desk -EVERYTHING. And we saw roaches, Not the don't worry about the big water bugs that fly in but the I'm the little German roach that hangs in dirty places. I'm from Texas. I get roaches but not these. Holes punched in the walls, nasty bathroom. I WAS a devoted Choice Hotel regular but I'll take a hard pass from now on.

Non-Guest Access? Just stayed for a quick overnight after a long day at the ball park before heading back home. Blindly chose these accommodations as I knew we would have a late arrival and the indoor pool would allow for us to enjoy at later hours of the evening. For our brief in & out, the only aspects of the hotel we utilized were our room and the pool area. Room was sufficient other than all electrical outlets were too stripped to hold a plug within them. The pool was another story. All furnishings are in poor repair and over all has an unclean aura about it. The main oddity was the access from a door from indoor pool area directly to the external parking lot. The vast amount of people coming into the pool area directly from parking lot was extremely bizarre. This door was used by no less than 15-20 different people in the hour that we were. Not to mention, the area is only set up to accommodate seating for about 15 people total within the entire area. It was difficult to enjoy the pool facilities at all due to the overcrowding of such a small area. I feel like some managerial policies need to be evaluated or are being overlooked at this location.

Stay away from this place! Whatever you do,RUN,Drive,Do not stop here! Moved a crew in for work,we staying for a week.Moving out after the 2nd night! This is a joke! Dope dealers in the lot,music last night in parking lot,boom,boom,kids running the halls at 11 pm screaming last night.Staff does nothing!Came in tonight,bed not made,housekeeping sucks!Red head at front desk has an attitude,told her this place is a joke,room was not cleaned,crack heads and homeless in the parking lot,we checking out! She gets an attitude, says I'm being aggressive, and I leave! This is a joke of a comfort inn! Never come back again!

Excellent Stay I stayed at the hotel overnight during a cross-country trip. Everything was excellent. Clean room, very quiet, excellent staff, close to Interstate. Lots of fast-food locations nearby. Highly recommend.
