Hospitality at its finest!!! We just returned from our one night trip to the Hampton Inn in Hammond! I just can not get over the friendliness and the commitment to customer service from this staff!! Mr Bill was a true god send when we were looking for a lost set of keys. The front desk was extremely helpful with accommodating our business group making our stay very pleasant and successful. The hotel was clean. THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING as was the breakfast staff. They continuously replenished the coffee and all the items in the breakfast area. We will choose this hotel again when we return!

Road trip On a road trip to Houston to attend a funeral. Hotel was clean and our room even had a ceiling fan which I have never seen in a Hampton Inn. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful Also the breakfast was standard for Hampton Inn and very good. Would stay here again.

The friendliest staff. Highly recommend Rarely are reviews written when there are zero complaints but this is one of them. As a frequent traveler it has been a LONG time since I have encountered a group of employees who truly work together as a team to make you feel welcomed. 10/10 recommend. Greeted with eye contact and smiles immediately. Room was clean and smelled clean. And the breakfast attendant I just wanted to give her a hug she was just the sweetest. This hotel staff blew me away!! Far exceeded my expectations.

Amazing staff!!!! The staff went above and beyond to assist my group (22 cheerleaders & parents) and me to make our brief stay amazing. The staff is amazing. Wow! The facility is also clean and in great shape. I can tell that the team takes great pride in all they do! Thank you for everything!!

Good Stop We stayed here for one night. This isn’t the first time we have stayed at this hotel so we knew what to expect. We were greeted by a friendly lady at checkin. She informed us about what was going on in the hotel. The hotel was clean as was the room. Bed was comfy and quiet. Breakfast was good. I know that we will be staying here again in the future.
