Dartmouth bound I stayed at this hotel while my daughter participated in the Dartmouth Bound program. My sister and I stayed in a double king room. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner the last night of our stay. We had the steak burger and buffalo wings. They were both really good. All the staff at the hotel were very warm and welcoming. We had a nice relaxing stay and would definitely visit this hotel again

Stayed for business multiple times Genuinely a great hotel. Staff is friendly, helpful, timely, accommodating and down to earth. I’ve stayed in a bunch of hotels in the area and this is the best one. Selfishly, I almost don’t want to leave a review because I like that it feels low key- but the staff deserves high praise.

Great hotel near the campus of Dartmouth. It was a beautiful hotel and a nice experience. The beds were comfortable and the Nespresso in room was appreciated. Be aware you have to pay for valet parking, but the ease and location made that more of a non-issue.

Lack of working shower and poor service mars what could be a good experience I was initially excited when I walked in and then found the room to have a comfortable bed. The next morning I went to take a shower before my conference and found that that the metal switch bar to slide over to make water go to showerhead broken. So I had to take a sponge bath as no time to get this fixed or take a full bath. When I checked out I mention this and first thing desk clerk says is "I've never heard of such a thing"..as if I am lying. I ask her to get manager. Manager says that I should have called and they would have moved me to another room for a shower. At this point, I am like WHY IS THIS MY FAULT? why can't these people apologize for a broken showervin a $220/night room. The words "I'm sorry" go a long way and they never came out of their mouths. They kept acting like I could have made the situation better. The concept of service seems foreign to these people. I asked them to make it better and the best they could do was compensate me for the $25 parking fee.
