Our go-to place This was our 5-6 stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hanover. It's our go-to place to stay while visiting family in the area. They had their usual high quality public spaces and room, clean and comfortable. Above average breakfast, coffee and tea 24 hours. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Easy check in/out, no problems.

Great stay Another great stay at the Holiday Inn Express, our third or fourth time that we have stayed over the last 4 years while visiting family in the area. Hotel continues it's high standards, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, above average breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff.

Typical Holiday Inn Express A less expensive choice than staying in or around Gettysburg while visiting the Battlefield and other attractions. We got a good night's sleep and a decent breakfast. Our requests to be away from the elevator were honored.

Excellent stay Staff were all very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The main lobby is super welcoming and beautifully decorated. Housekeeping does a great job. We were very satisfied with how clean everything was. Full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all mounted in the shower. If you need extra toiletries that you may have forgotten at home, they are available at the front desk. Breakfast was great. Options were awesome. Hot buffet style. One day there were cheesy eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, hot cinnamon rolls. The next there were cheese omelettes and bacon available. Bagels, packages pastries, assortment of cereal and oatmeal. Fruit, yogurt. Lots to choose from. They have a neat, mess free pancake machine. We will be back in the summer for an extended stay and have already booked with the Hanover Holiday Inn for that trip.

Horrible online reservation On March 17 , 2021 I made two room reservations even got confirmation numbers for my rooms , mind you this is a Wednesday that I’m trying to stay there . Upon arriving to the hotel we were informed they had a glitch in the system and our rooms were no longer available so they decided to find us another hotel to stay at “the Hanover hotel” worst night ever ! We had to buy blankets for the beds because they were outdated and dirty also only had enough hot water for two minutes in the shower . I know it seems as if I am complaining about the Hanover hotel which I am but I would not have had to experience this horrific stay if I would have gotten the rooms I reserved at the Holiday inn on Wilson ave Hanover pa . So for anyone reserving a room or two like I did you better call and make sure your rooms are available because they young lady and young man that were at the front were no help at all actually more worried about each other conversation rather then helping the customer.
