First Responder Great hotel stay and staff! Jenny was by far the best hostess and Jay was a very hands on manager who facilitated all of my groups needs especially during the COVID support rotation we were on. The house keepers were personable and great at their jobs couldn’t have had a better experience for the time we were there.

Quick Delightful Stay Great staff! Greeted with a smile after a long day of travel. Was offered a late checkout without asking, Irene's Shuttle Service, provided by the hotel was outstanding. Room, prices, amenities, services were all good. It was a short one night stay and with all the covid issues it was it was still delightful. JAY/Elmhurst, IL

Above and Beyond The staff are friendly and accommodating. My Mom passed awawy and they did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. COVID was also a top priority which made me feel safe while handling the funeral arrangements.

Business June 10 I’ve learn that medications should be lucked up in a safe. Couldn’t believe that house keeping would either take my eye drops or throw them away. The eye drops are for a recurring infection that can render my left eye totally blind. The eye drops were steroids.

Wedding visiting for my wedding and the staff was very nice let us check in early and leave late. Awesome people. Very clean and pool was just what we needed. We also liked how convenient it was for getting food.
