I just had my first session. Everyone’s very professional. The spa is very clean and everyone’s extremely nice. I’m excited to see the end results.

Bought the package for a large area and the booking was super easy to do through the phone. When I showed up a little early to my appointment, the service staff was super nice and the facility was very clean. My laser technician went through a whole FAQ with me to give me reassurances that the laser would be effective, how the laser process would go, and checked in with me as she did the test strip to check if the pain was okay for me. It was over in a flash (pun intended), and so far everything seems good! Now I know what to expect pain-wise, the laser is much more preferable to the searing pain from a wax service.

I absolutely loved their work. I saw visible results that really lasted. The booking was very easy. Checking in was very easy. I felt like they really knew what they were doing. I’ve booked at other places in San Francisco area and they seemed to have diluted Botox that doesn’t give the desired effect and wears off quickly. This was not the issue here. The results were amazing and very long lasting. I would highly recommend their facility.
