Business Trip The hotel is a good place, calm and quiet if you want to focus. Unfortunately I couldn't experience the entire facilities due to a short and business trip. Hotel is great choice if you need to scape of the obvious and need focus.

A dated hotel As a Hyatt, this stay was less than expected. Service in the lobby dining room was poor. The furniture was stained and dirty. The Lobby bathrooms were totally disgusting! The actual rooms were just OK . Not worth the price.

Great room service after a long day at work. Very good room service! I’ve stayed many times and it’s much easier than going out. Consuelo always remembers my name and is always smiling. The smash burger and chicken BLT are two of my favorites. The service has always been fast and the food is always freshly prepared.

Just OK You would think for these prices breakfast or at least coffee would be included but it's not. Apparently you have to pay a lot more just for coffee

Not what I expected from Hyatt Leaky shower (housekeeping had to notice before check in), two towels for four people, ice machines not working, slow elevators, outdated.
