Wonderful Hotel This is our 3rd time staying here. The staff from front desk, to house keeping and breakfast crew are super friendly and the service excellent. Shout out to Scott for always going the extra mile making sure your stay is amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the back deck has the most stunning view of the valley and location is pretty great to Jim Thorpe and Pottsville. We’ll be back soon.

Great Hotel My Husband and I stayed here for a cigar show in Drums, PA. The Hotel was very clean and all the employees were pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, the views are amazing and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of items to choose from. The night we arrived we ate dinner at the restaurant and was pleasantly surprise with a delicious meal and live music (though the restaurant hours are quite limited). As we were checking out the front desk clerk asked if we ever saw the sunset over the valley and shared pictures that another guest had taken of a beautiful sunset, I thought that was very nice of her and above and beyond. We have friends and family in Hazelton, PA and will be staying here from now on.

Weird room layout ... We chose this location as we were driving through to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and wanted a stopping point. The hotel was comfortable, a continental breakfast was included. There was sufficient parking. The only "weird" thing was the room layout. This was the first hotel I've ever stayed in where the bathroom door opened right into the bedroom...it was like a sliding barn door and it opened right up beside one of the beds. This was weird. Because we were using both beds, every time someone used the bathroom, it would disrupt the person in that bed. It was weird.

The best Customer Service and a great place to stay I’m currently staying here for the second time and it is one of my favorite Hamptons I’ve stayed in. Sure the rooms are your typical Hamptons clean and set up (which is always good!) but what I have loved the most and am blown away by is the customer service. Lots of times the person who greets you at check in can be pleasant but not overly pleasant. That’s anywhere you go really, but in this Hampton I have been greeted by name and the gentleman who did my check in remembered me from the last time I was here. I witnessed him, last week, help a very upset/sad woman and remain very patient with her. This kind of customer service isn’t something you see too often and you can tell he genuinely cares for others and their stay at his establishment. I will be traveling to this area more because of work and I intend to stay at this hotel during that time. Thank you Chris for being a kind soul and adding extra light to others days!

Great stay This was a perfect stopping point on our travels. The hotel was clean and convenient, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The dog walk area was large and easy to get to; it could have used some motion lights as it was very dark at night. The staff was outstanding! We accidentally left something of value in the room at checkout. We were 2 hours away when we remembered and called them. The manager, housekeeping and front desk staff were all very understanding, professional and discreet. I would stay here again.
