FILTHY! Ive always enjoyed staying at motel 6 but this location was Filthy!!!! And I mean filthy! Everything from the stairs, carpet, walls, bathroom, EVERYTHING! I always bring spray cleaner because we have a dog and this room I used it on everything as soon as we walked in. The water was warm, the girl at the front desk was nice and checked us in quickly and they did allow our small dog but that was about the only positives. The pool was sewer water. Gross green with garbage floating in it. Obviously it was not in working order but they should have drained it so people dont have to see that mess. Grass was taller then my dogs. Overall this was a huge stain on Motel 6 reputation!

very dirty room I checked in on 4/28/21 left 4/29/21. Due to covid I always clean the rooms again with my own sanitizer good thing I had full botttles of lysol . The room smelled musty and I could not breath very well. Upon my cleaning I pulled back the bed covers and there was hair on the bed . The floor was dirty and I only had paper towels to clean the floors with it took quite a few to get the grime and hair off the floor pet and human . There was also stuck on food on the walls the light switches were filthy . I wipe and cleaned the whole room .. I would have left except there was a storm coming through and the other motels were full up . with covid still out and about I hope that I do not become sick due to the unsanitary room . I could only imagine if the room looked like that the rest of the motel is not being sanitized . Sanitizing and cleaning each room after a guest leaves is very important with covid still an issue as well as keeping the lobby and other areas clean .

Absolutely the rudest staff that could possibly run a motel. Arrived late, front desk guy told us we could check out by 12:30 the next day. We were only allowed 2 extra towels for 3 people, and the bathroom only had one wash rag. I was rudely told that it is a policy to only allow 2 extra towels given after calling for towels and being told to come to the desk to get them. Still no wash rags offered. Hall was extremely noisy early in the morning and doors being slammed. Loud trucks running in the parking lot all morning. When I went to the front desk to request to speak to a manager about the issues with the towels the next morning, I was informed that there wasn’t one as she stared me down. I kindly reminded the cleaning lady that we had been granted a later check out by the male clerk that checked me in, and she agreed. At 11:30, she knocked on the door and asked when we were leaving. As we loaded up our bags, the morning desk lady locked us out of the side door that we needed propped open to finish loading our things as I was explaining to her that the clerk the night before had allowed us a later check out. She argued and said he hadn’t left a note then slammed the door in my face. Had to walk to the front of the building to get back to our room for our remaining possessions. Overall horrible front desk people who don’t care about paying guests because apparently there isn’t a manager that cares either.

Since when do they allow pets/dogs? Motel 6 Hillsboro Nov 3 - Nov 4 Stay secure! Never provide credit card information in a message or on a website after completing your Expedia booking. Hello I was a guest in your hotel last night in room 214. There was a dog that barked all hours of the night and into the early morning hours until the time we checked out at 7:30am. I had no idea you allowed dogs in your hotel?? I tried calling multiple times down to the front desk and no one ever answered the phone. Went downstairs and no one around. Tried checking out, no one around again and even rang the bell and no one ever came out. Terrible customer service. Seems you would want to take care of your paying customers. What if there was an emergency?? Again terrible customer service! Johnette Gambrell Nov 4, 10:55am Send/

No water Bed was comfortable and that might have been the only perk of the hotel. Leftover food found in the refrigerator along with an unopened half gallon of water which came in handy the next morning when we woke up to no water because the city had shut water off at 11pm. Waited an hour an a half and still no water. Room was in need of being swept.
