Thank You! I arrived at night very exhausted. The night clerk Ian was so very helpful! Ian even though evening had an amazing greeting and professional acumen demeanor! He answered all my questions and quickly got me through check in. I came back several time for assistance and Ian again was there with a smile and super knowledgeable assistance! The hotel was super clean! My room was the best of any room I have stayed in over a year! The pool area and hot tub were all clean and amazing! My morning breakfast was amazing too with the Southern hospitality of the kitchen staff with a smile to help me! As I was checking out and loading my vehicle three different staff members shared a “Good morning” and asked if they could help with anything! Wow, what a team! The General Manager should be super proud of his staff and consider helping Ian move into management! Thank you for the much needed rest, yet most thank you for amazing staff and cleanliness!

Decent hotel, noisy plumbing Nice, clean hotel, conveniently located close to I-77 but far enough that you don't hear the road noise. Decent bed - you don't bounce when your partner rolls over. Decent shower. Nothing special about the buffet breakfast. The biggest complaint was the plumbing noise. We'd hear a screaming from the pipes when someone in a nearby room was taking a shower. Not a good thing if you're not planning as early a morning as your neighbours. The price was about $50 higher ($173US) than I'd expect to pay for a hotel of this caliber in a location like this.

Clean and a good stop Decent stay, clean! Comfortable, no issues. Shower was clean and good water pressure and beds were comfortable. My main requirement is cleanliness and they passed. I would stay here again. Breakfast is the same usual fare. Clean lobby and elevators.

Too expensive All Hot tub jets shoot so low they hit your butt not your back unfortunately. Fitness center was so TINY. Coffee is EXTREMELY HOT, breakfast included smoked sausage etc … I had a king room deluxe. I will include pictures I took during my stay……

Treated HORRIBLE I loved staying here on multiple occasions with family until this visit! I went to front desk with a grave concern of something missing from my room _ I thought I had a right to do so but evidently not ! The BOY behind the front desk said " the old man that went in your room didn't steal anything " I said but yet it gone ! I said well I guess I won't stay here again and he said " OK that's alright !! I was the bad guy for saying something! I came down later to check out and told him I respected him having another employee back and that the item was found wrapped up in wet towels in bathroom! But that the way I was treated was not cool and he said _ WELL YOU WERE ACCUSING ONE OF US OF BEING A THIEF!! COMPLETE AND UTTWR DISRESPECT TO A GUEST ! I told him ppl steal stuff and how dare you act like I don't have a right or anyone else evidently to bring that to hotels attention _ Generation of disrespect _ _ _ I didn't have to say it was found but that's just wrong
