Relaxing time at the Hyatt Fabulous time at the Hyatt Place Waikiki! Great location and wonderful staff attitudes! Keep up the culture! We went at a peak time and they did manage chaos fairly well! The elevators could have worked better but it was a busy time, so we expected it! Very clean and comfortable!

Nice hotel - very close to Waikiki beach Nice hotel - very close to Waikiki beach. Parking and resort fees a little pricey, but a great place to stay

Family friendly for 5 Great family of 5 experience at Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach, the hotel is located about 1 block from Waikiki Beach, and there are lots of ABC Stores and other stores within walking distance. Overall we were very happy with the hotel, it was clean and we received two bottles of water each day with our loyalty program. We also were able to get beach toys and beach chairs from the lobby. The buffet breakfast was very good, enough variety for everyone, each day the food was different and my kids enjoyed it. It was rainy and very windy two days and I wish the outdoor seating area had some type of cover (the umbrellas were being blown away and so were the chairs). The workers couldn't keep up with wiping down the tables due to the rain. The lobby area is comfy and has large tvs to watch games. There is a dominos pizza right next to the lobby which my kids loved.

Comfy furnishing, great location! Comfy furnishing, great location! The bed was soft especially for side sleepers like me. There were two pull-out beds for 4 people so the room was adequate for our family of 5.

Front desk lost the reservation extension and call to my workplace Rude front Desk staff who wouldn't let me into my room and lost the renewal of my reservation. And when I pointed out the lack of professionalism, they also called me at work and tried to complain about me! Can you imagine? They simply have no idea who the customer is here and who provides the service here. It's a shame for this hotel chain.
