The front desk is just SO RUDE and service is so bad The room is fine, however the service is just sooo bad. I requested to change from one king bed to two queen beds for the room, and they didn't told me there would be an additional charges, they didn't informed me this even when we checked in. When we checked out, they told me there's an additional charge for that, which doesn't make sense at all. Also, the front desk LINDA is super rude and unprofessional. We were in a rush to check out but she took a phone in the middle which took too much of our time. When I asked if she could handle our checkout first, she gave me a face and said this is her job to take other customers phone, I said I came first. Then she started personal attacks saying I'm rude. WTF is this hotels service is. Definitely avoid this hotel if you could. I will file complaints to BBB for such issue.

Plenty Aloha Pagoda hotel great place to stay, it’s in the center of everything you need to do especially for shopping, Ala Moana, Don Quijote, Waikiki. Rates are very reasonable.

Excellent value for money Although not in the most touristy area, it's close to major roads and easily accessible. Quite organized and clean, with friendly staff. The breakfast (for which we received a 50% discount) is well worth it!
