New owner/management is doing a very good job Previous management left big shoes to fill and she is missed. However, the new owner and management are doing very well. The upgrades to the property are subtle but noticeable to a regular like me. They have made the property a little nicer. Previous staff who moved on are missed. The staff members who remained along with new staff are working extra hard and my stays are still very enjoyable and very comfortale.. I look forward to continuing to stay at the Quality Inn of Houma for a long time to come.

Bad experience I have stayed here several times even before the last hurricane and was never disappointed. My last stay was terrible starting with the front desk. Clerk was friendly enough but too interested in getting outside to have a cigarette. We went to our room and it had not been cleaned. Second room key didn’t work and when we gained entry it wasn’t cleaned or beds made. Room three finally a good bed and good shower but the only channel on the television was a kids channel. Maintenance came three times and finally just left, still only one channel. Second room our family had didn’t have enough towels and when asked the people on duty said there were none available. Two other hotels next to this one to try next time. I am a Choice Diamond member so I know how one of these hotels should work.

Very nice and clean Quiet, restful, clean, safe. No need to say more. Breakfast was average. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is on southern end of town; convenient to all points south. Easy to find. Free wifi. I recommend it.

For the Money For the Money, this is a great hotel, a little bit distant from downtown Houma, but clean, accessible from major roads, with a pleasant staff. AND for fifty dollars, one can also have a free breakfast with bacon !!! PS. I wish TripAdvisor would have permitted me a chance to note the VALUE.

Great spot! First, this is not a comfort suites. It is a Quality Inn. Clean hotel, good location, great bed, good shower, large room. Good place to stay for an overnight stay. Friendly staff and reasonable price.
