Not happy & not returning People vaping as they transit the lobby and ride the elevator was a major issue. No room checks until the third day blamed on a shortage of towels. Breakfast was tasteless and trash cans were full. Of numerous Best Western motels recently, the one we will never go back to.

Cutting some costs are we? Unless you ask, no maid service. A BS sign at the front desk says they have 'supply chain' issues. I asked how long the sign's been there and she said, "January, why". It's August.... Obviously they're cutting housekeeping costs. Also, in case I get sick or break out with something I took pictures, and videos, of the roaches in my room. Sounds like they've cut their pest control budget too. Done with Best Western!

Stay somewhere else (review date: July 2024) Elevator did not work, and staff lied about how long it had been broken. Door lock on room was broken, and staff put me in the room anyway. I am a single female traveler. When I got moved, I was told how "grateful and lucky" I should feel because I was put in an upgraded room. The "upgraded" room was dusty and hot, because it bordered a stairwell that was not ventilated. Unable to get coffee for the room coffee pot, because the clerk didn't know where it was. This is branded Best Western, but is far below the average. Do not stay here. It is not safe. It is dated and not clean. The staff is incompetent. In town for a funeral, and on a tight schedule for the planned services. Did not have the time or luxury to go somewhere else.

Good amenities but poor customer service Upon arrival, front desk checked me in, then I decided to extended one more night based on her advise, few clicks on her computer and she said it's updated in her system. Then to my surprise, they came knocking on my door saying I need to vacate the room bc I didn't extend, & the lady was rude. She didn't believe me when I told her I extended. Then came back said OK to extend, bc she made some arrangements to another room! What? Obviously no communication among staff and their system is broken! Also they charged me more then what I originally paid. This's very bad customer service.
