Room 309 Room 309 Check in and out was seamless and welcoming. Our Hostess was kind and helpful. Location is perfect for travelers. Located a very short drive from gas and several restaurants. Overall decent experience, but beware that this hotel offers long-term migrant housing. Smelly cooking smells.. Lots Staff was wonderful. Sarah, Nestor, John, Jovita! However, people expecting a normal Holiday Inn Express experience need to know that there is long term immigrant housing is provided here. Children in halls and cooking smells. I would choose someplace more traditional next stay.

Clean and quiet property This is a very clean and quiet property that I would stay at again. Beds were comfy, rooms were a good size. Night front desk staff is very nice; day staff was fine but generally appeared disinterested. Housekeeping staff is very diligent. Lobby furniture definitely needs an upgrade; it's all pretty stained and past its prime. Had some elevator issues during our stay. Pancake maker was out of order the whole time, but otherwise breakfast was good and well maintained.

Well maintained hotel for a quick overnight We spent a night here while we went and explored downtown Hudson. We found this hotel to be very clean, well maintained and overall a good hotel. When we were there you could find a lot of families staying here as part of sport tournaments. It is well located near the highway and is easy to get to. It is just about 5 minutes from downtown historic Hudson if you are going that way. The hot breakfast selection was pretty expansive and is a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. Overall, while I didn't find the hotel to be unique, it was a very well maintained and run hotel and a good place to stay if this part of MA is where you need to be.

Horrible experience overcharged my debit card & left me destitute 400 miles from home This hotel is horrible Upon check out , this hotel over significantly overcharged my debit card leaving me stranded 400 miles from my home with no place to stay, no food to eat for days and would not do anything about it !!! I am not allow to mention prices in this review but I stayed here over a week and the overcharge was at least 34.9% of my total stay so you do the math. Upon check out I brought this to their attention and they said it would eventually be returned to my card. They said I could not stay another night unless I could pay for it even though their overcharge was the sole reason I had no money left on my card!! 4 days later it was returned to my card allowing me to put gas in my car and get home. In the meantime I had to sleep in my car, freezing at night, ate some scraps of food that I previously threw away, missed two days of work, my bank charged me overdraft fees, and a very unpleasant thing happened while I was living on the street. I asked the hotel multiple times to help since it was their fault. The general manager said "There is nothing I can do". IHG said they have no power over their locally owned hotel nor would they get me a place to stay at another IHG hotel until the charges were removed from my card.. This is an atrocity!!
