Convenient and comfortable This is a very nice unit that is well maintained, has a friendly staff, and is conveniently located near shopping and major highways. Our room was quiet and comfortable for sleep although it was small and would not be recommended for more than a one night stay.

Horrible I cannot possibly give this place a decent review. Made reservations here months in advance. As a longtime Marriott/Bonvoy traveler, I prefer staying at Marriott-affiliated establishments for the consistency of service and the quality of rooms. When I made this reservation, it was for a King bed room using a discounted rate, When we checked in, we were given a room with 2 Queen beds - incredibly cramped! When I went to the front desk to say there must’ve been a mix up, I was informed - rather matter of factly - that the manager gave our room away earlier in the day because we weren’t paying the full rate. Having just come from a Sheraton/Bonvoy in Park City, Utah the night before (which was absolutely fabulous), the Fairfield is an absolute disappointment. Recommend avoiding at all costs.

Fairfield - Idaho Falls We stayed here for one night in July 2021. We were upgraded to a King spa room. It was a little larger than a typical Fairfield king room with living room area and bedroom area. The sink, toilet, shower, and spa tub were all located in another room. There were shutters that opened up from the spa tub to the living room, which we found hilarious. We didn't use the spa tub. The show had good water pressure, but the curtain was not long enough and lots of water came out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. The towels and bedding looked hap haphazardly put together, but maybe they are short staffed or just aren't into appearances. This hotel is located near lots of shops, restaurants, gas stations, etc. You can easily walk in 1 minute to the Olive Garden, Wendys or LongHorn Steakhouse from the hotel.

Stop on a road trip My husband and I were on a road trip and Idaho Falls was a stop. We stayed one night at the Fairfield. The room was smallish with a king bed, which was comfortable. There were two chairs in the room and one was an office chair. The other chair was a straight back and uncomfortable. There was a fridge, microwave and single cup coffee maker. We didn't stay for breakfast. The room was good for one night, but any longer, I'd want a bigger room.

Comfortable Overnight Stay The hotel was easy-on/easy-off to the airport; also close to restaurants and businesses. I had a quick contactless check-in.The bed was very comfortable, although there was no pillow gradient and all the pillows were too high/firm. There were some spots/drips/smears on the nightstand between the beds but overall the room appeared clean. Fitness center was not available but I was able to use the pool! The room was not huge but fine for 1 person in a 2-bed room. However, I was unable to find a blow dryer (!) in the room and I looked all over. There were no USB ports but plenty of places to charge devices. The amenities included a make-up remover towelette and LOTION, something I'd had trouble finding in Utah and California hotels earlier in this stay. Breakfast was interesting - muffins or bagels in bags, yogurt and eggs in minifridge, drinks and condiments at the front desk:Jason fulfilled my requests for condiments and drinks and gave me a contactless checkout -- he was an excellent last impression of my stay. I would be glad to stay here if in the area again.
