Good Stay Hotel is located by main road and Interstate, so traffic is easily heard. Mattress was hard but I enjoyed the soft pillows. Breakfast I'll give 3 out of 5 stars. I see previous reviews that location is questionable, but there are two additional hotels chains near by and location is more industrial and not residential. Price was affordable for my budget.

Good place to stay Nice motel and good breakfast. You had to drive a distance for a place to eat. There were no eating places nearby. The room was clean and bathroom was clean. We would stay there again. It was a little hard to get to with the interstate construction hearby.

DO NOT COME IF YOU HAVE A TODDLER After being in the car for 2 1/2 hours—I was exhausted and my kid was excited to be in a hotel for the first time in her life. BUT—Since the second I walked in with my 3 year old, the front desk receptionist was anxious and was over reactive wanting me to hold her at all times. Then she went off about me not being able to control my kid because my daughter touched the chairs in the dining area trying to sit on them and then touched the kids because she wanted a drink while I was trying to check in. Then when we went back to our car another hotel manager asked us to move our car because he didn’t like where we parked, I thought that was strange, but I did it anyways. Then we walked in with our bags, our daughter in 10 steps in front of us with her suitcase, and the receptionist said that they are not there to watch our “baby” and that she was “out of control” and “running in the parking lot.” She was definitely not. The lady continued to be adamant about how there are two of us and we should be able to control her……. ????? So we were forced to cancel our reservation and are currently scrambling for a place to stay. What a nightmare for no reason!!! Not family friendly at all!!! Do not reserve here, they might cancel you the second you get here and make up false accusations or reasons to do so!

Beware and go somewhere else Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for two weeks due to repairs been done on our home. First let me start off by saying they DO NOT honor the DoNotDisturb sign. They tried coming into our room 3 times, my husband came to the door than they said they had to change mattress, and said this is the only day they can change mattress, but changed mattress are second week to. I was working they came in the room like 5 deep talking loud and everything not even respecting I was at work either. My husband even told them my wife working. Then the first week they clean our room they cleaned it with no problem, the housekeeper left the door open and did her job. Then the second week the management stop me while coming off the elevator and said are you in room 2** we have to clean your room but you will have to come in the lobby. I said excuse me I’m not coming to a lobby I have valuable stuff in my room and I’m not, she said our other guest do too. She basically said if we don’t then they will ask us to leave. So the housekeeper came into the room, started to clean the room then she called the phone basically telling us to leave room. My husband said I will wait in the hallway, mind you he got off of work at 7am and this was like 8:50 smh, my husband is sleep and I have to be at work at 11, in a quiet environment but as we waited in the hallway by the elevator we asked several guest were they asked to leave there room for cleaning. They said No, so my thing is why did my husband have to wake up to sit in a hallway at a room that we paid 824 for just six days to stay at. I already contact who I needed to contact because this is very unacceptable they have no Covid 19 protocols in place so why did we have to come wait in a lobby with other guest that were eating breakfast are doing whatever. I mean if they did have Covid-19 restriction why wasn’t other guest waiting outside there room for cleaning of there room. I mean that was very embarrassing like we were put out and couldn’t come in our room smh. My thing is we have a DoNotDisturb sign on the door and that was only day 4 so why was it a big issue to clean room. I personally asked a housekeeper for the door tag. I even checked the policy. I see nowhere where a guest is required to let a housekeeper in there room after day 4 nowhere. It actually states if you want a uninterrupted stay you can exchange towels and other things as well. When I have been a executive housekeeper in my lifetime and guest shouldn’t even be disturb until 11am and if they have DoNotDisturb why are y’all knocking on the door and entering a room, that doesn’t even need services really. I even got towels daily from housekeepers. So my thing is stay away from this hotel really, unless you want to be disturb in the early morning.

The worst! I just stayed at the hotel for 5 days while in town working on a TV commercial. Our truck was parked in the hotel lot and we discovered the catalytic converter was ripped off after the 1st night. The hotel wouldn't own up to the problem claiming the parking lot signs warned they weren't responsible for any thefts in the lot. However, they did admit this was not the 1st time this happen in their lot. I'm on the hook to pay $2500 to replace the catalytic converter. This place sucks. DO NOT STAY HERE! None of the staff had masks on, so the statement of Covid safety measures on the homepage is total BS.
