Excellent stay It was a great place to stay the night before my trip. The bed was so comfortable. I can’t tell you how happy I was about that. _ Lovely place with excellent staff. A bit tricky to drive to at night when unfamiliar with the area but worth the adventure.

Very disappointed in Radisson. Definitely not what I expected. I was unable to write everything I wanted due to the length, so all I will say is that one of the rooms smelled very bad and had not been cleaned. They outright lied about the pool being closed and charged me double what I was quoted over the phone.

Very nice hotel - great stay This is a very nice hotel. It is a large facility with 4 floors. They have nice large rooms. It is a very clean and friendly facility. They serve a very nice full breakfast every morning. This hotel is hard to get to. The GPS service is not up to date with all of the recent highway changes near the hotel. You have to go past the regular turnoff place and then make a U-turn and come back to the entrance road.

My trip was canceled last minute and then they tried to rebook me at 5 times my original rate. My call was not returned There was an event that I was attending this weekend and they canceled my reservation They realized that they could get more money and tried to rebook me at a much much higher rate. Almost 4 times the original rate The “Manager “ Mary was less than concerned or accommodating

Highly recommend for Park and Fly We recently flew out of Indianapolis airport and stayed here the night before we flew out. Super friendly staff! The bed was extremely comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great and breakfast was a nice touch. Girls worked hard to make sure hot coffee was always full. Shuttle service was fast and friendly.
