Very nice facility! Two night stay while we attended the annual World Figure 8 Championship at Indianapolis Speedrome. Easy commute to the track. Very nice accommodations in a safe, quiet neighborhood. In close proximity to restaurants and the highway. Renovations appear to be complete. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good: scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy both days with bacon one day, sausage links the next day. Waffles, bagels, muffins, pastries, danish, fresh fruit, cold cereal, yogurt, juice etc. available every day. Coffee, tea and fresh baked cookies available in the lobby 24/7. Friendly, professional staff. Exactly the quality stay we expect when we book at Country Inn and Suites. We look forward to staying here again!

Horrible Racist staff will never support Country Inn & Suites again. Have twin toddlers that we were told would have to pay an extra 35.00 per person after the room was paid for. Not the place for families or anyone traveling that doesn’t want to be racially profiled. Come on it’s 2024!!! Please don’t subject yourself or your family to this nonsense.

Stay elsewhere This place is in serious need of remodeling. On the plus side, the service was friendly, water pressure was good and the bed was moderately comfortable. Everything else is pretty terrible. Right from the start, the carpet going up the main staircase is filthy and worn. The shower didn't drain so within a minute, you're essentially taking a bath. The bath faucet seemed to be barely attached. The bathroom floors were dirty. The chair in the room was covered with stains. There was a spiderweb the size of a dinner plate on the ceiling/wall. All the friendly service in the world isn't worth it to stay in a place that has seen better days.

Disgusting room… See photos Filthy… There was hair on the walls in the bathroom, as well as a yellow substance that looked like urine, one of the USB Chargers didn’t work, chairs had gross stains on them, and oh, none of the vending machines will take your money, it just spits it back out and the card reader says “connecting” for like 5 mins until it eventually disconnects. Horrible experience.

Excellent Hospitality! My wife wasn’t feeling well and so I called to ask if we could check-in early. The person at the front desk was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure that we could get checked-in. Then when we were leaving, my wife was still not feeling well and when we checked-out, she gave my wife a bottle of Sprite. She didn’t have to do that, but it was very thoughtful on her part. I will always stay here when I am traveling in this area.
