Worth the price for one evening The staff was friendly, the hotel was quiet and everything appeared in working order. I was concerned reading previous reviews but other places in Indianola were twice the price. For a one-night business stay I had a big desk and well lit room and good wireless connectivity. Continental breakfast was on par with what one expects. Maybe not all the fancy bells and whistles, but I had no issues with my stay.

Updating needed Small bathroom needed updating with one inch door allowance from the toilet. Patched up paint in a different color in the bathroom and weird smell throughout the hotel and room. Friendly service and very accommodating but hotel needs an update badly.

Horrible Experience & Horrible Staff My little boys and I walked into a room that hadn't been cleaned. One of the beds was in disarray and dirty towels on the floor. The room hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, the TV didn't' work and there was gum stuck on it. When I went to the front desk to let her know about the bed and towels, she said, "I've been here since 7pm and nobody has been in your room" and proceeded to say, "there's nothing I can do". After a long discussion, she finally agreed to change my sheets on the one bed. She wouldn't take the dirty towels away. She made me do it and put in their laundry room hamper. When I mentioned the broken TV and gum, she literally never said a word back to me. Apparently there was no other rooms available and by this point, it was midnight and I had tired kids, so to find another another hotel was pointless. It was such a terrible experience, I was literally in tears by the end. I would never recommend this property.

REEKS of Pot Smoke Staying here with our 4 kids for a youth state baseball tournament and the entire hotel smells like pot smoke and has been this way for 2 days. It supposed to be a smoke free hotel and the management says “sadly there’s nothing we can do about it?????” And no pool towels in the pool area.

Room was clean and quiet. We stayed in a room on the upper level. Our room was clean and included a microwave and mini refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. Due to Covid19, their breakfast consisted of a bag with a bottled water and a granola bar in it, which was satisfactory for us. The hotel is reasonably priced and we plan to stay here again when we are in the area.
