I feel welcome at the Holiday inn I am a tourguide and regularly I check in at the Holiday inn Express &Suites Irving DFW Airport with my group. the rooms are nice, and the breakfast is good. but the reception at the frond desk is excellent especially 2 people stand out and that is Dulce and Haley. helping me with shuttle service, helping me when there are problems with the reservations, they even help a client of mine when his credit card ," it was blocked', because he had difficulty with the English Language, they helped him with the call and got it solved. Dulce and Haley are going beyond their duties I want to thank them both, and I am looking forward to stay at your hotel again Ben Braat

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Very unhappy with this resort!!! My flight was delayed to the next day and they did not care. They would NOT credit my card and as informed that it had to be a catastrophic event before they would. Have used this hotel several times but will NEVER go back to it, again.

Do not take the shuttle!!!! My experience started trying to reserve a shuttle to pick me up, long wait for the operator to pick up. After 2 more calls and 50 minutes later in the cold, the shuttle picked me up. Many excuses were given such as the previous driver left early, next driver arrived late, no gas in the vehicle and originally it was a day off for the new driver. As a frequent business traveler this speaks horribly about their management. Whomever leads group should be dismissed. The hotel is old and the shower’s water is installed incorrectly. Stay away.

Noooo Garbage hotel. Tired looking. Staff not bothered. Family room not made up. Smells rank. It’s close to the airport but there’s nothing else going for this at all. Breakfast warmed up rubbish. Much better off going somewhere else. A place to sleep but a poor start to Dallas.

Nice Hotel Close to Airport We booked this hotel because we got stranded at DFW. Check in was fast, and staff was very courteous. At first glance the hotel seems a little dated. It had a strange smell in the halls, to our surprise the rooms were great. Lots of room and everything was in working order. Bed was very comfortable. They offered a nice continental breakfast, which was ran by a very friendly and helpful lady. Airport shuttle was also great!
