Don't even think of staying at this dump We arrived for Family Weekend at Cornell and checked in after 10 after spending the evening with our student grandsons. When we tried to get into one of the queen beds we saw that water was dripping on part of it. My husband slept on half of it. When I turned down the bedspread to sleep there was blood on the pillowcase. When we went into the bathroom the bathtub was dirty. The only tv shows we could get were in foreign languages. Total ripoff.

THIEVES, BEDBUGS, FILTHY First of all i booked for a hotel room @ Meadow Court Inn Ithaca New York for a 2 night stay for a hunting trip instead when we checked in friday evening and went to the room it was more of a disgusting sleazy motel room , it was dirty and not updated like pictures posted on their site. We tried to sleep instead we got eating up alive from BED BUGS . We decided to pack up and check out first thing saturday morning we went to front desk and complaint and asked for a one day refund and was REFUSED THE REFUND. I went back to the room to finish packing my hunting stuff when we left i left behind my BUSHNELL RANGEFINDER on the table . As we were getting in our car i saw a male housekeeper next door cleaning OUR DOOR WAS LOCKED . When i arrived home and unpacked my bags i noticed i left behind my RANGEFINDER i immediately called the MOTEL and told the lady named JODI she said she will ask the male housekeeper who cleaned the room and get back to me'.She called me back and said they didn't find anything and to call the owner MARILYN and manager KAREN which i did speak with both and was called a LIAR and i did not leave nothing and hung up the phone on me. I come to realize they are a bunch of THIEVES and covering the MALE HOUSEKEEPER ROB. I decided to call the ITHACA POLICE DEPT. and put in a police report case # I23-15409. Bottom line FILTHY- BED BUGS- THIEVES DO NOT GO THERE there are more better and honest HOTELS not MOTELS

Room smelled bad Room smells off moth balls and stale air. It reminded me of an old cottage that had been locked up and not aired out for years. We only stayed here b/c we were in town for a wedding and didn’t want to drive 2 hours home at night in the dark. We read the reviews and they don’t lie. Believe them. Save your money or spend the extra $200 to stay in a nicer place. Sheets and bedding were old and had odor of room. We left at 6am and didn’t want to shower there. Ii washed all of our clothing we brought with us and the odor of the place is still infiltrated in them. I’m going to have to buy a heavy duty laundry soap or fabric softener to rewash everything. We paid $200 for this room and there was no vacancy that weekend. Can’t believe they take advantage of the public like this.

Bad experience I knew up front that this motel was not going to be the greatest, but my personal experience was awful from the get-go. First, I expected to pay $90.00/night (according to information from Expedia), yet when I booked the room, the total price had gone up to $184.00. The reason? It was Cornell U's homecoming weekend and the Ithaca Apple Festival! I had no other option except to pay, as I was in the area for professional development and there were no other rooms in other hotels. The room was depressing. Cutains hanging off the window, ancient fixtures, old cigarette burn stains on the sheets, only one packet of coffee near the coffee maker... everything was "dated". When another guest in the room next door took a shower it was like there was no wall between us. However, I will say that the room was very clean, the air conditioner was quiet, and thankfully the other guests were quiet as well. But worth $184.00? Come on.

Commencement Weekend 2022 Bites Room 244 I was in Ithaca for my daughters graduation. The Staff was nice and accommodating but the rooms and site its does need renovations. There was something biting me in the bed. There was no refrigerator in the room. Toilet was shaking or rocky and pretty low. Lots of spider webs on the balcony. The restaurant onsite is a gem but the restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday. I what I learned late was that Cornel will offer lodging on campus about three months prior to graduation day which may be affordable. Seems the lodging in that area (Ithaca) Removes their inventory and adds it back at 4x the rate.
