Above and Beyond The hotel was beautiful and room- super comfy. Walking distance to town square with restaurants and shopping. Was a last minute booking and was allowed to check in at 11 am instead of 4. The smoked trout from Silver Dollar is a must. Last but not least, Mia at the front desk was AMAZING! Thanks again Mia XO Can’t wait to visit again!!!! ❤️

Beauty and Comfort I hesitating booking here for our one night in town before heading to the Tetons and Yellowstone because of the price. But after a little research, every place has crazy prices in this little resort town. And the Wort has a great history and is truly in the center of it all. Then to be catered to and have such a luxurious room, I knew I made the right decision. The oversized room featured a comfortable bed, large bathroom with plenty of counter space, numerous plugs to recharge, large relaxing chairs, a nice chest of drawers, and lots of thoughtful extras including turn down service. The attached Silver Dollar Bar and Grill was a definite plus.

Wonderful Wort Our family just returned from a most memorable stay at this historic,centrally-located and rustic luxury hotel. From the beginning planning stages of our vacation, Dani, Klare, and Tara assisted us with arranging reservations, giving great advice and fantastic suggestions for fun things to do. Upon arrival to the hotel, you immediately feel transported to the old west. The decor is authentic and the artwork and memorabilia are noteworthy. The front office staff, including Mia, Kellyanne, Gloria,Nicheel, and Greg were always friendly, helpful, and genuine. A big shout out to Stephanie for her assistance with the multiple questions I had and organizing our family’s rooms. In addition I have to mention Tara again, since she was instrumental in helping us from beginning to end with advice, reservation changes and suggestions. She helped us find a pontoon for the husband and sons to use at the Palisades Reservoir when we had to extend our stay due to flight cancellations. Tara’s dedication to her work is exemplary. We interacted with the entire hotel staff from housekeeping to maintenance and anything we requested was done from beginning to end. When there was an issue with hot water for showers it was rectified in a timely manner. Since management is open to suggestions, the only change I would make in the rooms would be adding some lighting overall as the rooms are a bit dark. Five star stay for sure!We can’t wait to return!

The Wort Hotel - Iconic and Exceptional Service Recently, I worked with Stephanie and Jane to coordinate a group booking for family members staying at The Wort Hotel, and they were phenomenal! I'm so grateful for their assistance, and everyone had an incredible stay. I won't hesitate staying here again in the future. The last time we stayed at The Wort Hotel (July 2020), we also loved it. The staff working are all wonderful, and we were made to feel right at home.

Fun western romp Comfortable bed, hotel fit the western vibe that I was looking for. Room was beautiful and the location was great. We would stay here again and would recommend this to families, couples, and anyone else traveling to Jackson, Wyoming. A+!!!
