fraud alert 101 this is unexeptable This hotel is taking photo copies of your credit card with your security code and staples it to your room card. This is a major security breach to your credit card account. At any time they have your card number date of expiration and security code to and employee. This should never happen! You use a card in the computer it’s digitally encrypted so they see the last four digits! In ten years of hotels with hundreds of thousands of points this is the first I’ve ever seen. Be careful. LYING LIARS I booked this room for a wedding weekend because the pictures show a beautiful spa tub in the room. When we arrived, we learned that they had remodeled and gotten rid of the tubs. I cancelled my reservation and booked a lovely hotel down the street that DID have spa tubs in the room. Comfort inn employees assured me that it was their mistake (for not updating pics) and told me I would get a refund. Despite numerous refund requests over the months, they have continued to deny my refund. They still show those spa tubs on every website they FALSELY advertise on. Go elsewhere! They can't be trusted with your credit card info!

Good Comforter suite I had to use 20,000 points to stay here but it was worth it the motels very clean and in good shape and managed well and we had a suite at two queens. The bedroom very comfortable sweet girls, extra room and purposes normal but being in this jail area is probably one of the better motels it’s $100 room but it didn’t cost me anything but 10 days the points go down to 10,000 but oh well yeah we’re down here golfing in Jackson cell if I was in the area I would stay here again for sure

Hotel is ehhh. Employee's are great The hotel is your basic no frills place to stay. Nothing fancy and the breakfast buffet is below average. Reason for the good review plan and simple her name is Rose and she works the front desk. We stayed during a major snowstorm and needed to check in early and some other request she handled everything like a champ and with a smile. I hope this Comfort Inn realizes what a gem of any employee they have.

Decent Comfort Inn... but with a bit of false advertising. I was visiting Jackson with a friend of mine over a weekend in January 2023, and we spent a Saturday night at this Comfort Inn. Overall, it's a decent hotel. We were able to check in early which was much appreciated, and our room (#307) was clean and comfortable... no problems there. I liked the business center and was able to use it a bit to surf the Internet during our stay. The speed of the Internet connection on those computers was really nice and helpful. In the morning, we ate breakfast elsewhere... so I can't really comment on the quality of the breakfast at the hotel. I assumed that it was the standard breakfast that can usually be found at Choice properties. The main disappointment was that the hot tub in the indoor pool area had been permanently closed up at some point. My friend and I were specifically looking for a hotel in Jackson that had a hot tub in the indoor pool area, but unfortunately not many hotels seem to have them anymore. According to one of the photos on this property's website (at the time I was making our reservation), there was a hot tub... but to our surprise and disappointment, it had been removed at some point before we stayed here. If we would have known that this hotel didn't have a hot tub, we probably would have selected a different hotel for our stay. But despite our disappointment with the hot-tub situation, our stay was pleasant in general. (If I had the ability to give this hotel a 3.5-star rating, I probably would have... but you can do whole-number ratings on TripAdvisor... so I rounded down to an Average review.)
