An average stay Our room smelled musty or moldy or something. I spent more to stay one night that I did when I stayed at other locations that were Comfort Suites!! The young lady that checked us in was nice and helpful. The breakfast lady in the morning wasn’t real friendly. I never saw her smile. We didn’t eat breakfast as my husband wasn’t feeling well and we had a long way to go. I think next time, I’ll stay somewhere else.

Lacking Southern Hospitality My husband and I stayed here for one night during our road trip. The accommodation was very nice, we had a comfortable bed, it was very clean and they served a decent complimentary breakfast. The only fault with our stay was that we felt a lack of southern hospitality. The hotel staff were unfriendly and reception staff appeared uninterested in us as customers on arrival and departure which was extremely disappointing. I could go into more depth about this but will only say unfortunately when the hotel asked my husband to review our stay he was met with a hostile response, they refused to publish his review because they said his review was untrue even though the review was unbiased and it was our experience of our stay.

stay rigid no problems front desk staff, not open to helping....policies trump customers. want to check in early by 1 hr- nope against policy. wanted to extend late check out willing to pay extra- nope against policy. POLICY is king not the paying customer

Hotel is under construction, parking is restricted, and they are charging full price. We reserved a room and when we pulled in the parking was restricted by construction materials. We had called earlier but no one answered the phone and the message said no messages would be taken. The night manager was put out and canceled our reservation. I was told there was truck parking, an unmarked dirt lot down the street. Choice hotels needs to drop this franchise as they can’t seem to communicate nor tell prospective customers that they may be paying for damaged goods.

Okay for a one night stay The room was a bit musty smelling but otherwise it was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot for the most part - good for a hotel buffet. It’s a little off the beaten path and the place to turn is not well lit. If my husband had not been with me I might not have wanted to stay there but I felt safe with him.
