Dirty and outdated with a great location and pool We stayed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom queen/queen suite. It was spacious with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. It was very very old and outdated. My kids' feet turned black from the dirty carpet. The towel rack fell off the wall every time we tried to use it. The toilet wouldn't stop running every single time until you jiggled the handle. The washer/dryer were out of order, although we talked to some other guests at the pool who said theirs were also "out of order" but they turned on the breakers and the washer/dryer worked just fine, so their theory was that the lodge just doesn't want to deal with maintaining them. The dishwasher leaked water on the floor when we ran a cycle. Also, there is no customer service available. No one was ever at the Jackson Hole Lodge front desk. There is just a sign that says you need to go next door to the front desk at the Mountain Modern Motel to check in or check out or whatever. There is currently no daily housekeeping offered. We tried dialing the front desk from our room a couple times with questions, but no one except "security" ever answered the phone and they knew nothing. Literally the only redeeming things about this lodge were the excellent location close to all the stores and restaurants, and the nice warm pool and hot tub. When paying $425/night, you expect more. Way more.

Great location; wait until renovations are done Location was great; hotel was being renovated though and was a large distraction. Our room was clean, but while we were there they were painting the stairs to get to the 2nd floor and guests had to step over spray painting equipment. Also - no elevator for 2nd floor and a bit of a hassle to carry heavy luggage.

Just Sold…Stay Away !!! Worst experience ever…at $400+ per night!! The Jackson Hole Lodge was just sold to the owners of Mountain Modern Motel, next door, and they have all but abandoned the Lodge while they prepare to gut it and remodel. Sure would be nice if they were up front and put this info on their website. Lobby is closed…no “roaring fire” for social gathering. Frequent use of “sorry for the inconvenience” signs, but don’t expect sympathy or a discount on your stay! Oh, and forget about the cozy fireplace in the room…it’s been screwed shut so it cannot be used. Take a look at the photos..,they say it all.

WAAAY Overpriced for what you get! We stayed at the Jackson Hole Lodge (not to be confused with the Lodge at Jackson Hole) on 9/13/21 and 9/14/21. The front door was filthy on the inside and had a gap so large between the door and frame that mice could have come in. The hair dryer had only a 6-inch cord on it, so pretty useless. The bathroom was so small you could hardly turn around in it. Walls were painted paneling from the 50's or 60's. The front desk was closed - had to go to the hotel next door to check in. We paid over $700 for the 2 nights, and it would have been overpriced at $100/night. The bedding was clean, however. We were very disappointed with our room and services there. Would not recommend.
