Great amenities at this hotel! We loved this hotel! We had a large spacious hotel with two queen beds and a fireplace. The room had a door to the exterior as well as a door to the inside hallway. Our room was in the main building and is within walking distance to the historic city center, The hotel has a really nice large gym and a really nice warm pool and hot tub on the 2nd floor with windows all around. There is also a patio outside the pool area overlooking the ski slope. Breakfast had a great selection- much more than your average hotel breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Would stay again Great check in staff, the breakfast is good, our only problem was the 2 queen beds were in need of replacement, not much support, but doable, beautiful interior and very clean, great town in Jackson, but restaurants are kinda hid from tourists,so be sure to ask for recommendations

Horrible experience, made worse by the exorbitant price! There were no rooms left at the main facility, so we were told that they upgraded us to another facility right down the street. The only upgrade was the size of the place. We were given a very dirty separate little house. The carpet had not been cleaned in a very long time, the bathrooms were falling apart and had a plunger sitting right next to the toilet. These "upgrades" cost us over $450.00 a night! It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed and the price was totally out of line. I did not have the pleasure of seeing the regular rooms, but, if my place was an upgrade, I shudder to think what the regular rooms must have looked like. This place doesn't even deserve one star!!

Lack of safety, clean or caring. This is a location floundering and stepping on itself in many aspects. Stay was August 4 & 5 2024 Issue #1: see pictures 1&2 below. Yes that is a household extension cord tied to a door to hold it open. The plug end (HOT) WAS in the socket. The receiver end was sitting exposed on the hose reel! Being a retired facilities guy I saw this life safety issue and reported it to hotel management expecting it would Immediately resolved. Still there next morning... Went up to the Tetons for the day and came back late afternoon. Still in place. I address a housekeeper on the issue..."I'm just a housekeeper". Told him never mind... I'd have a fire Marshall come take a look. An hour later... It's gone. Issue #2: We walked into the room on arrival and there was a strong odor of fragrant chemical. Again, facilities professional... "thought it" was Fabuloso. Second thought was "what are they covering up?" Carpet looked a bit dirty. We left for a bit and on way out walking past a different AC unit wife stated she smelled something like mildew.... this is outdoors! We returned after dinner and furthered out investigation. I started wiping surfaces... dust most everywhere. Wife pulled serviceable filters from AC units... caked in dust. These pictures are below. I go to front desk to discuss electrical cord and what we found. No offer of another room or frankly... to address anything. Not sure we would find another room for two days we cleaned and tolerated the Fabuloso. Oh, they did show me an UNLABELED bottle of a purple liquid that did look and smell like Fabuloso. :-) Issue #3: We paid $385 a night for this disaster? They also hit my Credit Card for one night before I EVEN arrived! Wanted to use a different card but they did not leave that option. They aren't AirBnB which is the only place I've seen that practice. Yeah, call me crazy. Clearly management and staff mishandled these discussions/resolutions. Was afraid they would refuse to credit what they had already billed if I left...so stupidly stuck it out. My ADVICE.... stay away from this place. The value is not there. Will say the breakfast was OK. A copy of this review has gone directly to management. Will share their response if it is offered... and they do not weigh in here. Issue #1: see pictures 1&2 below. A tourist trap is what Jackson Hole appears to be This Summer we payed less than 200 dollars a day at each of 4 great hotels in UT, ID, NV and CA, but this place was the worst and we payed almost 400 dollars a day -- even having booked it three months earlier. Our room 318 was noisy and tiny, you could hardly get the luggage squeezed in between door and sink! The breakfast is a very sad affair. The front desk couldn't be less interested, claiming it to be Summer prices. On a trip to Yellowstone we found out that two other "hotels" in Jackson, WY were also overpriced dumps. We will leave Jackson, WY out of our itineraries.
