Comfortable, accommodating, budget friendly option, easily manageable stroll to downtown. We recently stayed at the Super 8 before and after a guided back country trek. We assumed we would need to arrange transportation to downtown Jackson for meals and touristy endeavors, but Silviu at the front desk assured us the walk was safe and took the time to review a map with us. We subsequently walked the ~ 1.5 miles to downtown for dinner (and ice cream at Moos) every night. There is even a resident black tail deer with a fawn in a natural area who we observed every night as we strolled home at sunset. Silviu and Kate at the front desk were exceptional to work with. They were always ready to help with recommendations and accommodations. The hotel was clean and efficient, but it was their personal involvement with made our stay exceptional. There is coffee and tea available 24 hours every day, a simple, but filling breakfast and cookies each evening. We know where we will be staying for any future Jackson visits.

Motel during roadtrip through US Parks Even in such nice city like Jackson Hole there could be so bad motel. I choosed it based nice photos from reception and breakfast area. It is the only positive from this motel. At check-in they could not find my reservation. There was no elevator. The room was dark, dirty and it did not smell good. The breakfast was tasteless, even milk was not fresh. There were noices in the night from the area nearby.

Owners need to update facility The staff were exceptional and kind! Make sure you get a top floor otherwise you won’t sleep much. It’s an old motel and desperately needs to be updated as walls and floors creak and we barely slept (even with white noise trying to drown out the noise). AC unit was loud and inconsistent. Breakfast- they’re trying but don’t have much space. Prepackaged muffins, yogurt, juice, watered down coffee, toast and pancakes. Again, friendly staff doing what they can. Hope the owners update the facility soon. The cost is very high and doesn’t come close to what visitors get, which is unfortunate. I’m sure people pass through and only stay once or twice in their lifetime. We won’t be back due to the facilities.

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I have had a very positive experience, rooms are clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and willing to help. It is a bit of a walk into town but it kept me fit and I did come for a hiking trip so no complaints. Target is close by and the room has a fridge and microwave so able to keep the costs down on eating out. As a solo traveller I have felt very safe staying here. Beautiful area to visit.
