For emergency use only “Comfort Suites” is an overly generous term to describe this hotel. It’s basically a truck stop, priced like a resort. $250 a night for a $100 room. Common areas are tired. Room floor was sticky. Fridge was loud. No closet or any hanging space. Bed felt like a futon.

Don't stay here until things are improved. The worst Comfort Suites I've experienced. Under renovation. Poorly run. No notice of renovation in process. Inferior workmanship. Paint smell terrible. Contractor's vehicle blocking unloading area. Staff on desk at arrival at 7 pm talking on phone on a personal call. Breakfast almost non-existent. The usual items at a Comort Suites were missing, such as yogurt, rolls, bagels, etc. I will never go again. Overpriced room rates for a bad experienc. Should be discounting rooms instead.

AVOID this place - credit card scam! Within 30 seconds of booking, recived the following email message: "We will require $150 deposit which is refundable after we check the room. We are no smoking no pets hotels. We do not allow parties or sleep overs." This was after paying for the room in advance. 10 days later, I am still fighting with the credit card company to remove the charge. AVOID THIS PLACE

Non-smoker being charged for smoking I stayed @ this hotel 5/7. On 5/8 while on the road they emailed me a receipt and charged me $250.00 for "the smell of smoke in the room". I have never smoked in my life and was the only person in the room. I have called twice now and was told the General Manager is the only one who can remove the charge. And they have not been in the hotel for me to talk to. So I emailed them three times now. I've received a reply saying, housekeeper thought the room smelled of smoke. No information at all of refunding my charge. Very bad business!

Fraudulent card activity Fraudulent card activity. If I typed everything that went wrong I'd be writing a book. Reserved room for total of $497.50. within 12 hours of checking in, the hotel had around $850 taken out of my account, and on my elderly mother's account they attempted over $3000 in 8 different transactions. Thankfully the bank stopped the multiple charges for suspicious activity. The response of Angela, the manager, was it didn't matter because the charges didn't go through and with the $850 that $645.30 would go back to card within 6 days but I still owed $495. How do I owe 495 on a 497 room with $182.50 charges permanently? Did not receive call from general manager those 3 days and when checked out my $497 room with $600 bill changed to $812.50 bill? Still no answer from upper management. And had to get new blanket at check in that was dirty and shower filled with soap scum. Everytime I went to desk someone was on the phone complaining about the charges and the desk had the same answer that it would drop off in 5 days. I'm on vacation and don't have 5 days! Do not stay here unless you want them to steal your money and credit card information.
