Good experience all the way around First I was surprised to get an email from Hannah before we left Maine that she saw we had pets and adjusted the room accordingly. Once on-site, Hannah was way beyond helpful and friendly. Room was perfect (see pictures) and liked the refrigerator, microwave, and ice machine. In the evening when we came back, we couldn't open our room door and Beth came from the front desk to do it for us and showed us the "trick." She was also above and beyond friendly and helpful.

Old school motel 6 Nice staff, good location. But the Hotel is urgently in need of TLC. I actually like the old school style. I stepped into the motel room and felt transported back to 1995. but the room smells bad and there is dirt. Also the low prices attracts shady people and a loud, rowdy crowd. Yesterday I saw one of the weirdest scenes in my life. Young men loudly discussing who they have had in bed and who is a (female dog)… laughing loudly and carrying on and not 5 steps away was an older couple lying in bed watching tv. No idea why they didn’t close the curtains. Thank God the air conditionings loud so I don’t hear the obnoxious people outside.

Go ANYWHERE else Booked a room for $62. Showed up to check into my king room and was told because I have a dog they would only give me a double bed room- not that they didnt have any open. Front desk man was extremely nasty and he could barely explain due to not speaking very good English. I asked if since they could not give me the room I booked if I could cancel and get a refund. He said yes and to put in the request through expedia. On my way out 2 peope came to talk to me about how they kept having to switch rooms due to bugs and general uncleanness. The hotel denied my refund and the manager told me that since I was offered a room, I wasn't getting a refund. Came to find out that they also charge a $100 "cleaning" fee on top of your reservation. Slimy business people at this place and completely unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and go ANYWHERE else.

Literally the worst choice possible Rooms are disgusting, spare bed had roaches inside the blanket. AC/Heater did not work at all. Bathroom screamed Staff infection. Mentally challenged receptionist in front office that gives you a room

Oof The room and beds were ok, but the bathroom had roaches all over it. There were also a ton of people hanging around outside drinking and being loud all night. The staff at the front were extremely helpful and nice.
