In One Word…EXCELLENT! 5 star all the way. Arrived on a Sunday and the manager on duty, Tiff, was so warm and welcoming. She answered all of my questions very patiently. Our room was amazing and very clean. Just what we wanted. The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. I usually do not eat breakfast very early and even going in late to the breakfast area I found the food to be plentiful and delicious. A nice variety too. Would definitely sat here and hope that all Hampton are as good as this one!

Great place to stay! Great location, friendly staff, clean room! Everything you want in a hotel stay! Staff was friendly and welcoming, pool was great and fitness center was awesome. Room was clean. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was very good. Will stay here again!

Great stay, friendly staff Don't hesitate to book a night here. It's bright and clean. Easy to get to. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious, especially given the price. Breakfast included. The pool was clean and great to use. The front desk staff was so nice. We had to wait about 5 minutes for our room to be ready, which we were absolutely fine with -- but the staff apologized profusely and even offered a discount on the room without being asked. She said their focus is on 100% customer satisfaction, and we felt it. Great place.

Nice stay before heading to a Bills game Stayed here on the night before a Bills game. Was a comfortable, quiet stay before heading to Buffalo in the morning. A Hampton that embodies the Hampton standards one would expect, including a nice breakfast. Check in and check out was easy.

Not a good stay. The check in reception was efficient but terse. The hotel looks nice but is worn. Its a holiday week, the pool is closed. No cookies. My room had a fridge but it wasnt working. My room view is a cement wall with bird droppings and to the extreme left is the cemetery Finally, the TV is not smart. No streaming available. All of this for $155+ taxes. Terrible value. I will not stay here again.
