Comfortable stay on a road trip The property as a whole is well-kept inside and out. It is very convenient to the interstate, but there was no noticeable road noise. The front desk staff were welcoming, professional, courteous and helpful both at check-in and check-out. The room and bath were sparkling clean, and the bedding and chair were very comfortable. Desk space was good with plenty of outlets for plugging in devices and chargers, and the wi-fi worked very well. The kitchenette was clean and well-supplied (and is one of the best features of the Candlewood line). The HVAC was quiet and accurate. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation (Jan '24), but it was unobtrusive. All in all a pleasant and restful stay on a road trip.

Turned away I booked a room through Expedia, with a confirmation number in hand and was refused a room upon arrival, citing they did not have the booking information. I showed them on my phone and still was turned away citing no rooms available. The hotel blames Expedia and Expedia blames the hotel, Both are a mess. I would suggest NOT using expedia, and would suggest this hotel get on the same page if they are allowing them to book for them.

Ok place This candlewood was probably the least nicest that I have ever stayed in. mostly clean but there were was stains on the wall and a stain on the sheets. Otherwise it was a nice place. Might stay there again. Located near several resturants to walk or have a very short drive to.

I couldn’t take the smell. The room stinks. Combination of pet odors, cigarette smoke and no telling what else. I brought room spray but you know that can only do so much. I’m sensitive to odors so after 2 nights, I loaded up and went elsewhere for the remaining 8 days. I’m glad I did. It’s very clean & comfortable in the new place for the same price. I’m confused why they called it Extended Stay because all you have extra is a 2 burner stove and the fridge is larger than normal. There’s no oven or anything. No sofa, chairs, sitting area, etc... just 2 full size beds and a desk area. No breakfast, no daily room cleaning. You must ask for clean towels at the front desk. It seemed a little weird stuffing all of our dirty towels through that square hole to the receptionist but that’s what I was asked to do before I could get clean towels.

Stay Was not impressed asked for Non smoking was placed in smoking room that was horrible. Bathroom dirty, no towels, trash in can. Room wasn’t cleaned daily overall was not impressed complained about smell and given a can of spray overall not happy with stay
