Great Hotel with Superb Customer Service! My husband and I stayed here the night of a concert at First National Bank Arena and were so impressed by this hotel and staff. Firstly, the hotel is in a great location close to the arena and town. Secondly, it is very clean and well-maintained. And thirdly and most importantly, the staff is phenomenal! Sharon, Daniel, and Michael went above and beyond to make our stay both enjoyable and comfortable. Sharon's outstanding service on the telephone when we were booking convinced us to stay at this hotel and the phenomenal service after arrival ensured we will always choose this hotel when staying in Jonesboro. Thanks again!!

Disgusting place - Hilton Garden Inn One of the worst experiences of my 672 overnight hotel stays in the last 7 years. this place has HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT stay at the Hilton Garden INN in Jonesboro!!! I can't believe they are in business! I was ripped off of my personal property and the hotel was unwilling to listen or even attempt to make it right!!!!!

Old musty in need of updates I am a diamond member and stay exclusively at Hilton properties. This hotel is it up to standards. I stay here when the embassy suites is booked up. Bed is lumpy, room are so humid there is rust on fixtures, Doritos crumbs by the bed, shade was broken in the rooms and could not lower it, paint peeling off door frames, carpet is nasty, and parking is awful too. I am checking out tomorrow to find another property. The only thing good thing I can say is the people are friendly. This property is dated and in need of a serious upgrades.

Not a great stay! My husband and myself were there from 7/6/2023 to 7/10/2023 for our grandsons wedding. Our stay here was not very pleasant. The first night after visiting with family we came back to our room to find the carpet sopping wet from leaky AC unit. We understand that stuff happens but the next day the housekeeping person said they were having problems with that. So after having to move all of our stuff to another room we had issues with no sound on TV and TV’s going off without reason and had to wait a while for them to come back on (we were in a king suite) they again offered to change rooms which was not an option because we were tired of that! Light in hall would flicker every time the microwave was used and we could never connect to Wi-Fi because of issues they could not fix. ( ended up using all of our data because of it ) The breakfast that cost $12.99 was not very good. Ok if you wanted fruit, muffin, or pastry. Powdered eggs were awful but bacon was good but cold! We are Hilton honors members and stay in Hilton properties when we travel and this is really the only one I felt the need to write a bad review on….I would much rather write a good review. For other Hilton honors members they did have an option in Jonesboro at the Hampton inn.

Booked and paid for a king suite, got a queen. Bed poorly made. Paid king suite turned into a queen. The bed was lumpy and bumpy. The microwave wasn't plugged in. For over $200 you'd think you would get what you paid for. Not here. The front desk was awesome, but the help needs alot of work.
